"There are a lot of reasons we love living at the Ascent at City Center, but topping that list is the incredible team who serve us: Amanda, Michelle, Jonathan and Israel. Recently Jonathan and Israel, our awesome maintenance team, responded in less than 24 hours to our concern about a “potential” leak in the air conditioning unit in our apartment. To be completely safe, they checked both units, drained them, and performed all related maintenance necessary to assure the units were working correctly and efficiently. They went above and beyond the call of duty by restoring items that had to be moved back to their original locations. They completed all of these tasks in about 30 minutes. None of this is a surprise because Jonathan and Israel consistently respond to maintenance requests in this manner. It’s why we appreciate them so much. Diane & Phil"

"A friend and I stopped by the Ascent on Saturday and was surprised at what happened. We used the intercom to call the front office and Michelle answered. We informed her we were interested in looking at the property. She said she was on her way to meet us at the door and we waited for about 5 mins and she never came. I called again and it went to voicemail. Wow, talk about poor service!"

I had a very pleasant and positive experience with Michelle. the front office staff here is excellent and very welcoming. although, I went with another option, I would recommend this complex to my friends based off my experience alone."

"For a luxury apartment it is okay. The best part about this apartment is the location. Staff from my encounters have been helpful. However, upkeep and cleanliness within the property is poor. Needs paint jobs on walls that have been marked or paint just blatantly peeled off. Another big downfall is the elevators. In a time where that is suppose to be a benefit, they really never work consistently or for long periods of time. I have been here for almost 3 months."
