"I’ve lived here two years ago and I missed these apts so much, maintenance was always on top of things ! I would call for issues in the apt and they would come in like 15-20min. Wish I could move back but it got expensive! But other than that these apts are great and I don’t understand the bad reviews."

"If you are looking for your first starter apartment Upland Park Townhomes are perfect for that and that ONLY.! I have stayed in these apartments for two years and to be coming from out of town I don’t have too many complaints. The parking is TRASH ! so make sure you get the parking pass to be by your apartment if you want to have guaranteed parking spots or your car will get TOWED if you park else where that’s not permitted. If you have lots of visitors this is not the complex for you the visitor parking is very limited so good luck with that. Be prepared for your water to always be off a few times out of the week because they stay fixing something and you’re electric to stay going out at this apartment especially during hurricane season. At the moment the pool has been closed for almost 3 weeks which has never happened this long since I have been there. So this is new. Maintenance is really good at getting anything you need taking care of without a problem. The office is really good with responding and communicating with you. Fabiola is the best ! But I will say that they are not willing to work with you if you can’t pay your rent they will file for eviction right away! They filed eviction on me and the case never made it to court it was dismissed and I still have that on my credit and they are not willing to fill out the document to get that removed so keep this in mind if you come up on hard times like I did. Never had any pest control problems ever since I been there and they have pest control to come out weekly. They have a few different events where everyone can come out so you can engage with others at your complex. Overall like I said not to many complaints just depends on what you are looking for I hope this helps someone."

"I went to apply for the apartments because my lease is ending and I'm 5 min away from my job. The staff was very friendly especially the leasing agent Daisy. She helped me with the process online and was pleasant to speak with. The process was very easy and I was very impressed with how well the upkeep of the property is. Not only that, the move in specials are great. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking for reasonable leasing and a good community. Thanks Upland Staff"

"Look else where. I lived here from August 2021 to April 2022. During my time here I saw a few problems with the day to day living. •Maintenance took forever to fix anything. It was a battle every day calling the front office asking for something. •The apartments themselves are CHEAPLY made. You'll notice all the fences in the backs of every unit are poorly held together by scrap 2x4 and nails. The inside is also just poor construction. Thin walls and poor craftsmanship everywhere. To really show how poorly managed and how able management is so terrible to its tenants. I have received a debt collection notice for cleaning fees, 7 months after moving out. For background I bought a house and was looking to break my contract early. Speaking with the manager she informed me that they allow it if you buy a house and paying 1 months rent to cover all charges. I asked about cleaning fees too, but here they are sending an invoice out 7 months after I moved. They did not one call or email me to figure this out. Another prime example to find a better place to live."

"The living spaces are nice I love the wood floors and the granite countertops my favorite area is the kitchen. They are affordable as well. The surrounding Area is quiet and you feel safe with man at the gate. All the lady’s are amazing in the front office as leasing agent and helping with all your needs parking, maintenance etc."
