"Love the location! I can wake up and stroll over to work, which is a huge plus. Not to mention all the shopping around here. Spending way too much money in NIKE LOL. The front people are nice and always helpful. Shout out to Christina, Melodie, Travanta, and Michael. Thanks for helping me with my million questions I had. So glad I picked this place!"
"I am a resident going on my second year here at Sync City Centre. Although at first I wasn’t quite sure about what I thought about the property, with this new management team, Melodie and her crew have been really trying and have made this place much better. They are quick to respond and they care for their tenants. I do recommend living here at Sync City Center. It’s a great place and in a perfect area. I am a very happy tenant here."
"Elevators are never working. Out of 4 elevators you’re lucky if 1 is working. Every day is a gamble to see if the MAIN lobby elevator will work or not. Also I’ve never lived in an apartment where they make you buy your own water filters for the fridge?! Why would I buy the filter for a fridge I don’t own?!"
"I've been living here for about 5-6 years, and honestly, it's been a rollercoaster – mostly heading downhill. Ever since the new management, Sync, took over, not only has my rent skyrocketed, but my quality of life has taken a serious nosedive. Customer service isn't the same anymore; the front desk staff have attitudes, and the managers don't seem to care about long-term tenants. This is a direct callout to the managers at this complex. I've never had to exchange so many emails back and forth just to negotiate a fair market rent. It's been a frustrating experience for the last few years, especially since I never had these issues with the previous owners. I understand rent goes up, but how come the website offers cheaper rates than my renewal offer sheet? LOL The place has become noticeably dirtier since the takeover. It seems like they don't even bother anymore. Safety? What safety? We've had a worrying number of robberies over the past year – homes, cars, you name it. This isn't the peace of mind you expect in your own home. And by the way, their solution was to suggest we buy Rings for our safety problems. Nighttime noise is another major issue. There's always someone blasting music, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The pet situation is out of control too – dog poop and pee are everywhere. Remember the mail concierge we used to have? Well, they never replaced them. Now, whenever I ask the front desk about my packages, I get this bewildered look as if I'm crazy. And then there are the fees. They're astronomical for what is essentially a lesser quality of service. As someone who works night shifts, their inflexibility with trash disposal times is a real inconvenience. They're quick to threaten fines if you don't follow their strict rules. I once had someone knock on my door just before leaving for my shift to remind me to not leave trash out. The elevators are unreliable, and don't even get me started on the garage gate that seems to be out of order every other week. Honestly, I wouldn't mind if the rent was 'cheap', like living in the suburbs cheap. But paying almost $2K for a 1-bedroom apartment, with all these issues and their ever-increasing fees, is absurd. It's the classic case of paying more for less. Very disappointed. I've happily left now and can't wait to see the nasty 'fees' the new management cooks up for after leaving. This used to be a luxury apartment complex; now, the only luxury about this place is that it's near CityCentre"
"I have been here for almost a year now. This is a prime location for shopping, restaurants, movies, and more! It is within walking distance to City Centre. The rent is comparable to other apartment complexes within a five-mile radius. The apartment was managed by Midway. In January 2022 the building ownership changed. SYNC Residential is now overseeing the property. With this change, I hope SYNC Residential will implement changes for the better of the residents and the property. Hoping for the best since my lease renewal is coming up!"
