Also just because you receive a “Welcome Resident “ email doesn’t mean u are approved. If this happens to u, report them to Attorney General for they a thieves of your information and in violation. One more thing, unit 307 is inhabitable. The standing water from rain outside seeps up through the floor in the hallway. They will not allow u to look at it prior to moving in. The foundation it not stable and it is VERY DANGEROUS and this is a WARNING!!! U also will have to deal with the doors not closing and possibly getting locked in/out cause the front door shifts EVERYTIME IT RAINS!!"

"I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer2022 I started looking for a more efficient place to stay I found Cambridge place I know for a fact God lead me here, the office staff was amazing to me. Since then I have been here since March and it's been a very peaceful experience even with the things people say I find that the office staff will work with you the Maintenance is top tier Yenni is a beast she is a female maintenance that gets the job done I will be renewing my lease here. I will say don't let other's negative experiences keep you from moving where you want. Cambridge Place is a home if you need one do the application get your spot... not to mention the summer vibes pool is always fun.... I couldn't have found a better place right next to every store you need... HAPPY SEARCHING"

"HORRIBLE!!!!!! ROACHES, air don’t work, no hot water , murders and shootings, leasing office turns off ringers so u won’t get an answer…. I tried to call with phone in my pocket and went inside leasing office not 1 phone rang!!!!!!!!! My wash machine don’t work i put in orders ALL THE TIME AN THEY DONT COME OUT BUT THEY WILL SAY COMPLETED . BUT THEY WILL HARASS U BOUR RENT… make it make sense…. THIS IS WORSE THEN LIVING IN PROJECTS!! DONT COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GATES ALWAYS BROKEN THEY ARE A SAD EXCUSE OF A APARTMENT COMPLEX. I wrote to the news 3 times. And will continue! Ive took so many videos an pictures."

Maintenance requests are easily submitted and resolved quickly. The property is always clean and landscaping is done weekly. Amazing place to live!"

"I have lived in these apartments over 3 years and love every bit of this place. The keep up with the landscaping and fast with any work orders submitted. The apartments are very quiet and most tenants living here have also been here long time. The best part about this place is the Assistant Manager Eric. He is the absolute best at what he does. Eric goes over and above for his tenants satisfaction, always making us feel at home. I do not often do reviews but Eric deserves all the recognition for all he does to keep this place amazing."
