"Don’t reply. Don’t answer calls. Was misinformed that I was denied and then approved. Ana did not want to assist. Very disappointed in how the property looked compared to the images online."
"No hot water today, what’s the problem with the water. Either it’s no hot water or no water at all. Someone is shooting a gun almost every night. Last night sounded like a machine gun or something; where is the security. Apartment is infested with roaches. Roaches are everywhere. Smh"
"Very nice complex that accept govt housing. Nice renovated apartments with new flooring and fresh coats of paint on cabinets in the kitchen. Decent layout on the one bedroom spot my friend is renting. Grocery store and other useful amenities within walking distance. The 161 busline picks up on the corner to get you downtown and back."
"Save your money and time this apartment complex leasing management staff is Horrible!!!!! Ana Sandoval was very unprofessional she insinuated that I was lying when I came in office to pay for an apartment that I was approved for then all of sudden not approved for, because they failed to contact me by email or phone to inform me. Not to mention when I came into the office, there was a lady there who was upset by the treatment she was receiving, Ana and her coworker was snickering and sharing glances between each other as to make fun of the situation. She offered to resubmit the app but after service I received I’ll save my money and move elsewhere. Staff too rude & unprofessional!!!!!"
"In the 10 months I’ve been here, I have witnessed 3 shootings, a man getting stomped out by a group of 5 people, have had multiple items stolen from my patio, and have caught people poking around my patio and looking in my windows in the middle of the night. There are many people who live here that are in section 8. There are many many kids here whose parents absolutely do not supervise them. There are many people here who will openly ask you for drugs or ask if you want to buy drugs. I have had to request a new refrigerator twice because the roaches were so bad that they were literally crawling around INSIDE the refrigerator. I’m very clean. I don’t leave out food or trash. The pictures of the pool…yeah that hasn’t been open at all since the day I moved in, it’s green and locked up. The “fitness center” is a dirty room with 2 treadmills and in the back there is a separate room that holds storage. This fitness center is only open during office hours. The playground in the pictures is here. But it is not covered anymore, and the first time I went to take my granddaughter we left quickly because there was broken glass all over the place and teenagers hanging out in there smoking marijuana. Haven’t been back. When I moved in I agreed to $1265 a month for a 1 bedroom plus office. During this entire summer since May, the only room that stays under 85 degrees is my bedroom. Have asked for maintenance to repair/improve the cooling 3 times, nothing has changed. Now I received a notice that they are INCREASING the rent by $200 AT THE LEAST!!! So the rent for this derelict apartment would be $1414/month plus the $100-$150 for water, trash, gas, etc. On the plus side, I can say that when I submit a maintenance request, it is usually addressed in a timely manner and the maintenance men are quite helpful. Listen. I was already going to run from this place as soon as my lease was up. Just a fair warning, don’t be fooled by the pictures on the site."
