In addition, Safety Code Regulations are being violated by not providing a loved one easy access to visit a resident. In order for a loved one to have access entry after hours they will need a key FOB. Key FOB access requires the non-resident loved one BE ON THE LEASE and pay $75. No"

"I am a Realtor that specializes in working with the over-55 community, and Mera Vintage Park may be the best active-lifestyle community I have ever seen. The term "active lifestyle" needs to be understood here. This is not a "retirement community" in the normal sense of the word. The word "active" is genuine here as there are things this 41-year old would love to do! Virtual golf, great workout facility, resort-style pool, movie room, multiple socializing areas indoors and outdoors, and all of it is right in the Vintage Park footprint. The back of the property even walks out to Kickerillo Park with a nice dog park!
