"I chose this place because the exterior was well maintained and they had great pricing for 2 bedroom units. The office staff were very helpful when I came to tour, and they did not seem bothered at all. Rachel in the office and Jose with maintenance are very professional and they have helped me with whatever I needed. They always acknowledge my daughter which is important to me. The apartments are older but my unit has been well maintained. The maintenance team is very effective and they're usually in my apartment within an hour. They are busy but they always tend to whatever I need. They keep the pool up and running and it's cleaned every week. I feel safe living here with my 4 year old daughter and she's enjoyed playing in the court yard by the pool. The office staff have always returned phone calls and emails when I have needed them. The mail room is always locked, they maintain the entrance and exit gates working, the washroom is clean and is always open, and the covered parking is well worth the price. I love sitting on the balcony and hearing the waterfall from the pool, it's very quiet. The staff are very nice and personable and I have not had any issues living here besides typical maintenance, but that has always been handled promptly. They call me by name and greet my daughter. I will definitely renew my lease when the time comes."
