"I love these apartments it's very clean well maintained and quiet. I do deliveries to different apartments and they have pot holes bad smells but not these apartments, it's very secure. I recommend these apartments"

"I love the atmosphere of the apartments. I found the apartment online and called the property manager Jassi and she walked me through the process. I was aproved quickly. She is very cominicative and I had no issue in any step in the process. All of the leasing staff are very nice welcoming. I got to tour the room and My room is spacious and The pool is nice and clean. The washing machines are big and cheap. They also have a free Starbucks coffee machine wich is great for morining runs."

"I would leave a ZERO if I could!! I stayed here for 2 weeks as an Air BnB. The lobby and 1st floor look decent considering it’s an old rundown hotel they slapped fresh paint on and now sell as studio apartments. But if you are even considering moving here PLEASE take one of the stairways up the the second and third floor. You will change your mind IMMEDIATELY! Homeless people LIVE IN in the stairwells and pee and poop in the stairwells!! The rooms are ROACH INFESTED! They really let anyone move in here.. Majority of the residents are cigarette smokers who chain smoke all day and night inside and since it’s an old hotel that means the entire building reeks of cigarette smoke along with weed and other drugs people smoke.... Did I mention that the place is covered in BLACK MOLD. If you care about your lungs/ health or have kids or pets this is an awful place. I would rather stay in my car! When I brought the office woman up to my room to show her the 60+( I could count) roaches crawling the floors walls and bathtub her response was to bring me a can of Raid! But I couldn’t keep it for more spraying when I saw the roaches come out of hiding again..she needed to take the can of raid bring it to a new tenant having the same problem.. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT . So they clearly don’t have any pest control there. ****Warning AVOID PERLA 1960 *** I have stayed in many places and I’m not opposed to saving money and living somewhere cheap but PERLA 1960 is extremely dangerous to one’s health with all of the ROACHES, BED BUGS & MOLD. For the money they charge you could find a much cleaner and safer place. The management there does not care at all about your health or safety. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Stay Far Far Away!"

"I had an overall great experience both times I have came to Perla 1960. Staff were very friendly, great with move in process and getting paperwork complete. They work with you on everything you will never have any issues. The apartments look very nice and they are spacious. Come to Perla 1960 and rent with these great Ladies. I love everything about this Location. Jassi is a great proper manager she will get you approved and moved in. She is very helpful and kind. I love her energy, smile is remarkable, you will never have any problems. I will be giving others referrals to move here. Thank You All So Much Perla 1960"
