"I’ve been here a year since October 1 of last year, 2022, The last management gave me problems and gave me a Partman as it is when I moved in here had a lot of problems in this apartment, but the new management and each person in the office is very helpful with me with all my problems I had with this apartment, I’m in they help me with it and fix every one of it everything in my apartment and I appreciate everything that you done for me this year to make sure everything was well taken care of for me, the head manager, assistant manager, and the others in the office to just as much as the maintenance help me every way they can to fix my apartment and my home made me feel comfortable and relax and then make sure things was fixed on time for me and I really appreciate that very much. I am very happy for where I live it in comfortable where I live it and I appreciate the magnets and the manager and assistant manager, and everyone who works in the office are very helpful and making sure things are well taken care of and I’ll make sure that please to keep the same people in this apartments in this office over here in these apartment. for us and looking out for their teammates the way they do and we appreciate it and I appreciate so much and God bless each and everyone of them for their love and their support to keep us protected and safe in our homes and making sure our home is our home home to have a laugh. On this property, I would love to keep them at all times because they doing a great job. "This place is horrible as far as maintenance. Work orders yet to be done since move in a year ago. They close out work orders while nothing gets fixed. I moved into the roaches habitat because they lived here long before me. They comes through vents. It was filthy at move in. They had to spray before i put furniture. The only reason I'm here is because my daughter last year of school, otherwise I would be gone! My ceiling is literally falling. It started as a small leak 3 months ago. They came and said management have to know. Called left a message still no response. I have a bucket to catch the water that has to be emptied several times a day and it stinks. Only good thing is I'm in a quiet spot. I do not recommend.!! New management is no better."
