"Terrible place to live. Management is rude, water and sewer system is a joke, and the property uses this to overcharge and cheat residents out of their money. The unjustified fees will continue to pile up and increase no matter what. Do not move here, stay away!"

"Horrible customer service. Natasha was rude to me and my grandfather after just trying to ask her about questionable fees on our rent. She hung up in my face and tried to hang up in my grandfathers face. I’ve never went around disrespecting anyone first I just defend myself when needed. She was trying to question me about something that had nothing to do with the matter at hand. Says she is an assistant manager well clearly she needs more assisting herself. Disrespecting my elderly grandfather; how would she feel if I was disrespecting her mama! Learn to treat and talk to people better. Even if a customer is having an attitude first it should never be in your interest to do the same when people are paying hard earned money to live at this residence."
