"WARNING Do not move here they do bad business they don't maintain the inside the apartment at all and will give you a contract and violate your contract and then evict you by lying to police and Court. Also been here long enough to know this pool is never open"
"I have lived at Glenwood Apartment Homes For 3 years and it has been a great place to live until they changed management several months ago...since then the apartments stay dirty / grass not being cut and everyone is moving out ...All I can say is with the previous management we didn't have these problems because Mrs Pelicia made sure that all her residents needs were addressed so please bring back Mrs Pelicia to make these apartments great again...."
"Not a good place to stay . will not fix anything cabinets leaning dishwasher have a work system moved in and it’s almost 6 months. New property manager is a liar. They don’t answer the phone never available and can’t get anything fixed. It has a mess yet."
"My experience so far living here at Glenwood apartments has been a pleasant stay I’ve only been here approximately 2 months now and I can’t forget about Ms. Pelicia the manager she moved me in quickly as possible and I love everything about my unit. Cant forget to mention she is friendly nice and make u feel family friendly here at her complex. Very spacious clean and cozy...can’t forget about the complex at night very quiet and I feel secure and safe I rate these Apts at a 5 star rate"
