"If I could give negative stars this property would have it, 1 star is being very nice. The area isn't that great & that's putting it nicely, it has to be a gated community once you leave the property you are faced with the harsh reality of life with a homeless camp a block away. I scheduled an appointment with Ana Gonzalez verified the time & date to view the property and she never showed up. How unprofessional is that!!! That just shows how any request would be handled, very poor first impression and terrible customer service."

"Our new manager Terri is very unprofessional. She has a very horrible attitude and shouldn't deal with residents. She keeps the door locked and there is a open sign on the window. She acts as though you're bothering her when you go to the office. I can't wait to move out because she brings me out of character every time I go up there. She wouldn't even give me the number to corporate. Don't move here. All the residents can't wait to move because she treats everyone with no respect, like we don't pay or rent here!!"

"This new manager Terri Arnold is the worst we ever had. She's so rude, disrespectful, arrogant and silly. She never listen to us. Everybody here complain about her. The owner's of this property needs to get her fired. She lack home training. I wish I know the direct contact of the owner, so I can forward her all my evidence. This woman just need to go. People are giving move-out notice because of her attitude. I'm about to move too. Please stay away from this property, I give one start because there's no zero. Very horrible place."
