"I've lived here for about 6 months now. I dont understand some of these reviews. I don't have roaches. I think that's a result of how you live. I think all places have some sort of issues that management has no control over. Ive lived in gated communities that people would just wait for someone to open the gate then follow behind them. the office staff is very helpful and easy to reach when i have concerns."

"REALLY BAD! I definitely don’t recommend this place, not for this price, not for how it looks… Huge problem with cockroaches, they are everywhere… Huge problems with parking, even work stuff is kicking us out from RESERVE SPOT what we have sticker with this number on my car, management is threatening to tow the car and definitely not helpful. Everything in the apartments is just painted over and I’m sure this technique is used multiple of times in every apartment, paint is just breaking, window even doesn’t open because of this. People selling drugs. Taking drugs. One more time rude stuff, definitely changing too often (it’s just proof that there needs to be a lot of things wrong not only for tenants but also for workers). There’s no light in bedroom, there’s just useless switch. People are driving in opposite directions on one way road, so many people needs to leave their cars in front of apartments on the street (all street is in cars) and on parking lot standing hella huge containers…. One more time about stuff and management, their “solutions” for tenants problems are definitely not fair and it’s not okay…"

"Very rude front desk. Apartments are infested with roaches. They will charge $100 for water bill in one bedroom. They will come up with random fees to charge you when you move out. Pool is never open. Neighbors are getting worse. Theft is high. Police are always here. It is not safe. Drug deals take place often in front of my kids. Just horrible!!!"

"The building has come under new management and with them comes breaches in contracts, raised prices for horribly maintained apartments, and rude staff. They refuse to honor our parking where we have 3 cars for a 2 bedroom apartment. While they refuse to honor our spaces (that we had registered with them before), they charge us an extra $35 for reserved parking that is far away from our apartment (and they refuse to move it) and they take up space by placing 2 mobile storage units that take well over 6 parking spaces! When I spoke to the property manager and explained safety concerns, she ignored them and dismissed me with her having to "think" about it. At one point, event the SWAT team was in the next door apartments and they want you to park your car out in the streets where they take no responsibility. In addition, the parking lot itself is in horrid condition from pot holes on the road, the main gate being open and broken to rusted carports that instead of replacing they just painted. They also have a roach binder where you can add your unit to the list of fumigation when you get them. The pool is disgustingly filled with algae. They give last minute notices constantly about entering your apartment."
