"My 20 year old Daughter went and rented one if these apartments I guess trying to show she's Grown. I went to look 03 days later and it's down right Dirty, Nasty, Gross, Disgusting, and Horrifying. After she got the key on a Friday evening she went to look @ the apartment and soon as she walked in all she could see were Roaches crawling all over the Walls, Fridge, Oven, Floor, Cabinet, they were even stuck in the Window Blinds. She went and purchased 03 large bottle of Ortho and spread that powder all over. I went back with her Tuesday and the out doors of the Complex and just Filfthy and one can get an overwhelming feeling of something that's just not right but what... Walking to to an upstairs apartment and got on her wooden deck the wood was Rotted, I waked in the Living Roon and all I could see was the Ortho Powder everywhere with thousands of brown Roaches, BIG, Small, Medium, Relatives to each other, O.M.G. I wasn't but 30 seconds into the door and said "Nope, No Way, No How, Zip,Zilch, NOTHING. It's unsafe and Disgusting, one night staying you could waken with IDK 05 Arms.... Now I'm sure they don't run Security Checks or daily Maintenance and etc.. Needless to say My Daughter broke her lease and will be staying home to live and hopefully she will start listening to Mom, and realize not every Stoooo-Pid 19 and 20 year old. So to who ever rents one of these apartments watch for Roaches definitely to many to miss but they gotta be gone. I wouldn't recommend tye Worst of Gangs to live there, or My Worst Enemy, Child Predators yeah maybe I'd house them. Never wish ILL will on anyone but this lady is a special kind of Doll."

"If 0 stars were an option, i would choose that. This place is absolutely disgusting. Trash literally everywhere. The complex is basically a rodent infested dumpster. They just paint it white and call it fixed. Mice and roaches everywhere. Backed up plumbing with human feces on the sidewalk. Leaking ceilings. Mold. You name something you dont want in your apartment, this place has it. Maintenance is an absolute joke. Can't even get ahold of anyone. Gun shots literally right outside my door every weekend and bullet casings in my yard where my kids play."
