"I usually never give negative reviews but this place and staff deserve it. This is a scam. You will not be paying what you signed up for. Your bill will be 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, or even 1500.00. Maintenance breaks into mailboxes. Leasing staff lies. They double charge and double talk. Ledgers are never correct. Staff could care less. I believe they are pocketing customer’s money. This is a terrible place to live. Save yourself the trouble."

"they moved me into an apartment that was not ready. There is paint all over the floor, there is yellow foamy stuff coming out of the bottom of the bathroom door, and there is so much more. I wanted to move into the apartment in the middle of the month and was rushed to move in on the 1st of the month. What is the deal. The people are lovely. But I think I made a mistake. The 2nd weekend after I actually moved in the toilet overflood and swept through the whole apartment even on the porch. Eveything I have got wet and it was horrible. When they say it is ready -- double check is my advise."

"I'm patiently waiting for my lease to expire. Management lazy as hell. My toliet was overflowing and they said that maintenance was available but it was 4 of them cleaning refrigerators out doing make ready for their tenants just to complain to the when they move in. Buildings over here haven't had hot water in months and they turn the hot water off 3 days out the week. Water pressure is low as hell and half the time the outlets don't work or you can't use them together. Also their ac units are always going out and they stay saying they have no freon and it's on back order. I have been here for a year and they have changed staff 4 times. Don't move here if you don't want your peace to be compromised. Sincerely, an ex tenant in 4 months"

"When you move in they bait you in by saying you’ll get a whole months rent off. Do not fall for the apple!!! In the last 2 months I’ve been told if you pay this- I’ll give you the addendum. If you pay this and that I’ll give you the addendum just for me to pay it and get out of the office and then my account is never corrected. They will say you are disrupting the office because of your confusion over the charges refuse to print out your monthly statement and highlight what is needed to be paid exactly because they know my account is wrong but they are trying to justify it just to get me to pay and ask no questions. They want weak minded people with no options or too lazy to fight back or question their authority over your well being. If you are the type of person that will go to the office and get confirmation on what you really owe whenever you have a question - do not move here because you would find yourself in constant chaos. They refuse to send maintenance when you need them. Slum Lords. Every good review is someone that works here or did work here or is associated with La Solera in some way WE DO NOT HAVE A FITNESS CENTER.if you are curious Saqif at the very bottom of these reviews is corporate and you can look up NORD Group to find their number."

"Do not move into these apartments. They are nasty and the new management SUCKS! Some of these reviews are fake. We don't even have a fitness center! If you like rats and roaches this place are for you. New management is SO disrespectful and they do not work with you. They raise your rent and add abnormal fees and make it seem like its your utilities. When I moved in they only painted the rails in the front of the apartment and the rest of the apt rails are half paint, squatters in the vacant apts because they don't lock the units. They never have the gate locked, its always open, nobody has the walk in gate code. They should've never fired Ms.Farrah. If I could put 0 stars I would."
