"Living in this apartment has been really tough, especially because the hot water is a big problem. Sometimes it works, but most of the time, it doesn't. The people in charge don't seem to care much about fixing it or helping us. I've complained a lot about not having hot water, and it seems like they don't really understand or care. It's not just a small issue; it's a big deal because it makes living here uncomfortable. It feels like they don't care about us at all. The staff here doesn't act quickly when we need help. It's like they don't understand how important it is to fix things fast. Trying to get help is like talking to a wall – they promise to do things but rarely actually do them. It's really frustrating. I'm disappointed that the people running this place don't seem to care about us residents. We pay to live here, but it feels like they treat us like a burden. If you want a better place to live where they take care of things and care about you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that understand how important it is to help and care for the people who live there."

"AVOID this place for peace of mind. The apartments are great but the management is incompetent. The lack the necessary manpower and skill to manage the apartments. The management is more skilled is postponing dates for fixes, requesting the customer to understand the problem. I m a resident here and it’s been 3 months since my bathroom faucet has been leaking and I have visited them about 12 times. THE FAUCET HASN’T BEEN FIXED. Please look else where for a Good apartment. Update: The tap has been fixed finally. (Three months later) see the attached images to see the fabulous fix. The tiles don’t match. And the faucet speak for themselves. Dec 5 2023 Rubbish bins are full n this is day 5."
