"Where to begin? There's a lot of issues I've had with this complex. Let's start with the fact that it's switched management companies so much, each new company is having to fix the mistakes of the last company. They can't every seem to keep office staff for more than a few months. The maintenance crew consists of 2 old men. Their work is pretty subpar and only a temporary fix. When it comes to summer, your a.c. will blow out, they'll come and do something, it'll work for 2 days before going out again.. Appliances are "new" but don't work well. Pools been closed forever and only just opened at the tail end of summer last year. The garbage crew that picks up garbage has skipped is 5 times now and despite emailing the manager, this is a paid service you can't refuse which sucks. I've yet to have a reason why it's being skipped. I emailed about my washer/dryer not working, the washer makes clothes smell and doesn't spin dry, and my dryer caught fire last night, which required the fire department to show up. We had a kid get killed on property last year, shot in the back of the head. Shooter was never found. Parking was fine but it's now limited due to "reserved" parking for people that have extra money to throw around. They seem really keen on having bi weekly events like a pizza party or holiday themed event (which usually get canceled the day of the event) . They'll nickle and dime you for everything here, and you have no choice but to use it. They sprung key fobs for front doors on us, guess what? Also, an extra charge. Your phone will blow up from text messages about any little thing going on, then on top of that it'll be emailed to you as well. My inbox is seething with emails about apartment policy when I myself have broken none of them. My dish washer smells of mold but they've done nothing about it. It looks lovely here, but the lack of solutions to the modern day apartment is frustrating. The rise of costs for subpar performance and lack of managerial skills is infuriating."

"I am not currently a tenant there, but I thought I would leave a review since this team is amazing. I am a sales rep here, and I have been to this property a few times, and every time, I have been received so nicely. Great team."

"They don’t wanna help people they don’t wanna do anything to resolve your problems like they are not here for that. I have my package stuck in the locker room until 3 days because Amazon sent me wrong code to get it, I explain them my problem they gave me a number the first day to call, I call that number and it doesn’t go through I told them that the next day they said to call Amazon I did that Amazon said they can’t do nothing about it and they apologized about the mistake and they said it’s my appartement job to help me which is totally right and I went back again to tell them that because they should have the key or do something to open the locker there is a lady she told me to wait for the manager cause she was no there after like 10 min she came, the lady ask her if she has the key she just said NO and then go to her office, she was so rude and mean, because I’m wondering if the don’t have the key and can’t open the locker who’s gonna do it ? And what about my package? It’s just gonna stay in the locker forever ???"

"Dejah in the front office is SO RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went into the office to ask to explain extra charges on my account and she was very incompetent and had a real bad attitude. She started raising her voice and yelling and threatening to call the cop simply because I was asking questions and she couldn’t explain it. The other office manager helped me and she was very nice. Dejah needs to get fired and find another job because customer service is not the career for her!!"

"I set up an appointment for a tour, when I came in. I was greeted by the property manager, Lola! She was so sweet and helpful. Gave me a tour of the property and saw their model home. Grounds were kept well and model home was beautiful! Lola was very thorough in explaining everything, I’ve been in this business before, so she definitely knows what she’s doing! Which makes me feel confident in living here! I will definitely be choosing Broadstone Apartments!"
