"Completely upset at how bad these apt have fallen!!! Maintenance came to do a repair on my (STILL LEAKING AC) and that patch is what they left behind. AC leaks at 75° (which is the suggested AC temp the manager gave me because in her words these apt are old and so are the AC units” I like my apt at 65… So you can imagine how uncomfortable this feels. Cant take a bath because the drip over my shower clouds the water in minutes! And now…. THE WHOLE BUILDING has no exterior lights. It’s so dark I’m scared to go out past 7pm. Had my filters changed out and a week later that black mold started to grow out of them… they came to change the filters again but… nothing changed mold still Keeps growing. I have a toddler in the premises so if she or I get sick from the mold, the leaking dirty water over my tub or we get robbed outside the door of my apt I will be seeking legal help."

"Im on day 4 of my AC leaking. I've emptied bucked after bucket each day have to mop multiple times of the day. This is the 3rd time Ive had a leak in this apt in the past 6 month! Ive made MULTIPLE calls and emails and not a reply to either. My 4 year has gotten sick from waking up to sitting cold water outside her room. The water has already damaged some of my bathroom decor and my scale. It splashes off the bucket and onto the walls (yes the drips are heavy!) If this soggy wood holding this av system up falls on my daughter or I, I WILL be pressing charges! My Entire apt smells damp from the second you enter the front door. And to top things off the old manager had said shed "personally " send someone to fix my dryer and a month later and i'm still waiting on that to be fixed as well"

"I've only been living in HP for a month, but I'm very happy so far. I received the apartment in excellent condition, freshly painted and with everything working. The only thing that has affected me is that there are no reserved parking spaces and for a couple of times I have arrived late and I have not found available slots. Other than that, the community is very quiet and I am very pleased living here. Maria, the new manager was very kind, attentive and helpful during the approval process and I am very pleased with her work."
