"I just moved in less than 2 weeks ago and it’s horrible. Highly do not recommend. But being that I just moved here I’ve been without AC for 3 days. I put in multiple work orders, called, emailed and stopped by. No one is taking the situation seriously. I have children that live with me too. It’s been over 100 degrees everyday in here. They lied each time saying someone was coming. I wouldn’t even waste my time if I were y’all honestly. Edit: I lost AC multiple times on a week day, they would ignore my emails & any calls they would lie & say someone was on the way (they weren’t) it would take 4+ days for them to fix. I tell them constantly I will call city code on them & they get quiet. If you have to get a hotel bc their stuff isn’t working they won’t reimburse you. I requested to speak to the property manager multiple times even in voicemails, no calls or emails have been returned to this day. It’s been months now. Hate to say that my kids & I hate it here. So happy my lease is ending soon!!!! This apartment complex sucks, it has the word luxury in the name & there is nothing luxury about living here.."

"Do yourself a favor dont move in here, Management here is terrible, I have a Leak on the roof for months, the microwave stopped working 3 months ago and they dont care, and they charge me 600 dollars more en December stating that I didn't paid the full amount for the rent but now they are charging me 600 dollars more, I ask why and they don't even know, this is the worst place I ever lived... if any of you in the office or upper management see this I need you to send me an email explaining why are you asking for 600 dollars more, apt 406 I also pay for two parking spots but u find people parked there al the time and Management doesn't help, I have to call the tow trucks all the time to move the cars out of my parking spots, but they almost tow one of my cars because I dint move it for a couple weeks... do not move in here"

"I don’t recommend. Cops here daily for god know what. There was an incident where someone died from a shooting in their apartment. There’s car brake ins and you would think they would up their security or have an officer patrol but no. Apartments infested with roaches, water leak in pantry cabinets."

"I am so happy I moved here. The office staff has worked so efficiently to make sure my move in was smooth!! Krissy literally held my hand through the entire leasing process and made sure I was satisfied with my unit. Ms. Linda gave me an amazing deal on my rent and move in costs. Jonathan made sure that my keys, parking permit, and all my paperwork was delivered to me. And lastly, Ruben has been so prompt and professional about any issues I have come across. I’m so grateful for the team here!"

"Property was nice and the Pool looked great! Had a good gym too. Staff and customer service was great! I dealt with Krissy and she was very helpful and informative! Only downfall is they only had townhomes available at the moment with no washer/dryer connections. Other than that I Highly recommend!"
