"If I could give this place 0 stars. I would not only is the maintenance never there. The gates are always messed up. They don't open when they're supposed to open. And the people on the office are extremely rude. Let's place a roach in festid and overpriced and there is always shootings going on here there is so much homeless ppl walking around the property This is part 2 of the comment that I put on this review site. This woman had the audacity to contact my husband that's still lives on that property and complained to him about my comment. Apparently this must not be america if we cannot exercise Our First Amendment rights as Americans. I wish that she would try that with me. She is lucky I don't live there.!!!!!!!!"

"Been at the Lofts 3402 for just over a year now and I have been very thankfully for the flexibility and understand the staff has shown me especially Ms. Dee. Fair prices and good maintenance . I highly recommend. Great area. Close to major highways"

"I've grown to love this community. Ms. Dee, the property manager, has been a big help to my family and I. The Maintenance staff is friendly, and keeps the property clean. I love that I am only minutes away from some of my favorite shopping stores. This location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend these apartments to family and friends."
