"It was a gorgeous property when they first open, but now it's more of a circus. I WATCHED SOMEONE GET SHOT IN THE PARKING LOT. MANAGMENT COULD CARE LESS. Walls are cheap and thin, leasing staff changes every 2 months, and since the last crew came in the community has become a trash heap Speaking of trash heaps, the constant rotation of evicted tenants just throw all their stuff everywhere. The recycling dumpster is a free trash dumpster for ANYONE. So if you're looking to ILLEGALLY DUMP TRASH Come on down. Save your money and find a new place. UPDATE AS OF 2/16/2024 ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOOTING occurred. Upstairs neighbor confirmed she witnessed as well. AVOID THIS PROPERTY FOR GOD'S SAKE."

Despite the short notice, Jerrica, my leasing agent, was incredibly accommodating. She went out of her way to schedule a last-minute appointment that fit perfectly into my tight schedule. Submitting my application was straightforward, and the response time exceeded my expectations—I received an answer within a few hours. Upon arrival, I found my apartment thoroughly cleaned, with everything in working order and exactly as expected. This attention to detail and readiness ensured that my transition into the apartment was hassle-free and allowed me to settle in comfortably from day one. "Nice apartments for the price and location is pretty central. The thing that drew me here was the previous management they were phenomenal, especially William. New management is nice but don’t address problems or concerns fast enough no sense of urgency. But you get what you pay for."

I especially enjoy the tranquility & relief of having professional help from the administration personnel. They receive the on-line maintenance requests and act in a very good way. I especially appreciate Mitch’s support, he is diligent and always helpful. The entire staff Carlos, Mitch, and Trae and four Leasing Administrators are extremely supportive & knowledgeable.
