"Stayed here for 4 years and it was nice at first. Started to have an infestation of rats. It has gotten so bad. I couldn’t walk my dog without a rat running on the sidewalk."

"I’ve lived here a little over 2 years now, I absolutely love it here and have not had any complaints at all! The management team is amazing. Specifically Candace! They are always easy to get ahold of, and always answer the phone. Maintenance is on top of everything. I had an issue with my AC and with in a few hours they had a AC tech out here and fixed it. You don’t have to wait days or weeks for work orders to get done. They make sure to clean/power wash the stairs and landing areas of the stair cases every 3 months or so. They do inspections of apartments to make sure everything is being upkept and this is a good thing in my opinion! Pest control comes every 2 weeks, even tho there is not a pest problem, very preventative and on top of that! It’s a quite small community filled with families and elders. Parking is great for residents, never had an issue with finding parking right infront of my building. The only thing I will say is there is usually a wait list, but 100% worth the wait!!!!!"

"My experience has been amazing. Scott has been helping me out every step of the way as I was confused about a couple of things. He is so humble and very patient and is so sweet to the residents and future residents. I am currently in the process of becoming a resident. O Not to mention the manager Tiffany is awesome as well. "I have lived at this complex for two years now and I must say that the staff is amazing!! Tiffiny, the manager has been nothing but accommodating since coming on board. She has also made the community culturally diverse. I recently became pregnant and I am high risk so I have needed some special requests to ensure that my health is priority Tiffiny, has honored all of my request!! I also never participated in the community activities before I only went into the office to pay rent! I now attend community events on a regular and even stop by the office more because the staff is so amazing. Scott the new assistant Manager is awesome too as well as Candice who is with the staff from time to time. If you are looking for a great place to live with staff that treats you like family instead of tenants The Brittmoore is where you want to be!"

"A very nice apartment complex insides are beautiful and because it’s is they are very strict with rules keeping the place looking good they since they are income base price does vary and limited but it’s worth it to keep your place a nice living place for everyone."
