"One of their first tenants when they first opened: a total nightmare that I still haven’t recovered from. They had a frenzy of TOWING RESIDENTS VEHICLES that were LEGALLY PARKED! CRUEL , HEARTLESS MANAGEMENT = MY VEHICLE and my independence GONE in the blink of an eye:NEVER seen again! It seems tts legal to abuse Seniors(me and others), appropriate their property shortly after they move in(me) and diminish their lifestyle and independence (me) forever. I am impacted everyday , in every way, by the loss these “people “ /“Management “ visited on me ( Blazer Property Management)."

"I have been pleased with my accommodation here.There have been a few problems but they were attended to very quickly. I have had no problems with management. I would like to access the gym on the weekends and evenings. I like living here."

"Although I have lived here a short time, I love the environment. The grounds are well kept. The management is great. Always a friendly courteous attitude. I had to use maintenance a couple of times for minor issues. They came on the day I informed management of an issue. It is quiet and comfortable. I would recommend living here."

"I am a lease holder and my mother lives at Hollyoak. The apartments, grounds and communal areas are lovely. However, the management leaves a lot to be desired. The manager interprets policy inconsistently and capriciously; and she adds rules and regulations that are not consistent with the lease. She does not have good people skills and seems to handle conflict very poorly. There is not a system whereby residents can voice their concerns about security, the manager's whimsical interpretation of policies, and the lack of access to amenities when the manager is not in the office. What good is a gym, amenity room and business center that is only available when the manager is on duty?"
