Falls of Maplewood Apartments

"We have been living in these apartments for about 2 1/2 years, and have absolutely no complaints! Maintenance men are very helpful and efficient when we had problems, are also quick to respond at any time. Dog park and pool are always kept clean as well as the property in general. The complex is well lit at night very safe. Very pet friendly!! Patty is amazing! Always helps when needed & quick to respond she has made our stay a great experience!"

Looking for a new place to call home in this market can be so complicated, but you kept me updated at the drop of a hat whenever i had concerns. "If you're reading this review, you've read about Patty Cuellar. I met her two years ago when I first visited the Falls of Maplewood apartments. Unfortunately, they were out of my price range then. Last month, when I started my search, I remembered the Falls and reached out. I love that the complex is small and only has 1-bedroom apartments. Since my first visit, the Falls received an upgrade. Patty loves her job, and I take comfort that she has no plans on leaving. She is responsive and caring (even notifying me of a price drop). While I haven't met the maintenance crew, I am excited to call the Falls home. I am also thrilled to have a washer/dryer IN my apartment. I cannot recommend the Falls of Maplewood and Patty enough!"

Everything about the apartment complex here at Falls of Maplewood is awesome! On time maintenance when ever you schedule an appointment. Very clean complex. No break in’s, quiet!
