"The management here is really unhelpful. The freight elevator was broken the day I moved in, and it was broken the day I moved out. A passenger elevator was broken for several months making it really inconvenient to get to my car in the morning. When I asked them to fix the elevator, they just said there's nothing they can do. They blamed the contractors. The blinds were broken when I moved in, and they never fixed them. Then they charged me for them when I moved out. They're really nice when you're visiting the place, but once you move in, they don't care."

"The leasing agent Leslie was awesome in answering any of my questions that I had, and had the best move in experience. The management has been awesome with Patricia and Linda addressing any concerns I’ve had and have taken care of everything in a very timely manner. I could not have chosen a better place to live than here! Will definitely be renewing my lease once the time arrives. Highly recommend anyone to move in here and ask for Leslie to get you moved in!"

"My experience living in this apartment was initially promising when I moved in. However, it became apparent that the new management didn't prioritize resident well-being. The building's maintenance was extremely poor, and the communal areas were consistently unkept. The security was a significant issue, as the building entrance lacked proper protection, compromising residents safety. Communication from the management was frustratingly lacking, and responses were often dismissive. The current manager, Linda, and the staff exhibited a lack of integrity. “ LINDA and her rude lying staffs are horrible human being and lack leadership skill” They claimed not to receive my move-out notice, resulting in a lease extension even after I had explained I signed my new lease elsewhere. I was also charged an additional 5 days even though my lease was to the end before the end of the month. Throughout my tenancy, I maintained timely payments without owing anything. Unfortunately, upon moving out, an unjustified $400 deduction from my $1000 deposit occurred, despite no damages to the apartment. My overall experience in this building was marked by frustration, discomfort, and a sense of neglect. I cannot conscientiously recommend this building to those seeking a decent living experience."

"UPDATE September 23: we have maintenance requests we sent over weeks now that were not addressed. The office claims they need to send the contractor but no one has came to fix the issues. Elevators have been on and off frequently and we spent a whole weekend without any elevators working. Garage gates are also constantly broken. This place is a mess and we are definitely not renewing our lease!! The apartment’s amenities are great and the property is located close to the I-10 and to a lot of different places, such as restaurants and groceries stores. We never had any issues with the staff or the management, but the tenants at this place are a nightmare!!! People do not respect each other and a lot of people listen to loud music until late in the night, they are also loud in the pool areas, and they will throw trash in the hallways and garage floors, and leave their trash at their doors even when they know it’s not the day for the trash valet. I believe Price could be more active in monitoring and penalizing residents for breaking the rules, but it seems like they are very lenient and bad behavior is just welcome in this property! If you are a light sleeper or cannot stand trash everywhere, please DO NOT MOVE here!"

"Beautiful property with amenities"out of this world". The office staff was very welcoming and inviting. Conveniently located right off the freeway and minutes away from shopping and dining. This has made my transition to Houston even more enjoyable. I can't wait to make this my permanent residence."
