"The community is very quite and easy access to the highway and shopping centers. Jazzmine went above and beyond to explain the details, answered all my questions and always answered my emails and phone calls. She is great to work with."
"This has been the worst experience I've ever had living in an apartment. The office staff doesn't seem to really care about the residents and the apartments are very over-priced for such low quality. These are supposed to be luxury apartments but entrance/exit gates and gym equipment are always broken and Management doesn't seem to care. They fail to follow-up any time you bring forth any matter or concerns. We are still waiting on a new trash can after being told all residents would be receiving new trash cans about 9 months ago. The lack of empathy or concern displayed when informing them that our vehicle had been stolen was a complete disgrace. Prior to living here, we have never had to worry about our property or valuables. I also never considered breaking a lease until now. Such a disappointment and I feel sorry for everyone who lives at Arrabella because they are truly being robbed. The owner should be ashamed. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. We're looking forward to moving after our lease ends in a few months."
"Paid the $99 in application fees and was approved. Ended up cancelling the application understanding I would not be refunded the application fees but was sent a notice for an additional 'Early Termination Fee' of $150 without ever signing a lease. When asking the property managers why I was being charged the fee without signing a lease and without finding anywhere in the Application Agreement where the $150 cancellation fee was stated, they were unable to provide any explanation other than it is a cancellation fee which would be sent to collections if not paid in 30 days. Very happy with my decision to not move here as evidently they will charge fees without being able to provide any basis for them."
"My wife and I recently moved into this property. The property is nice, well-located, spacious and cozy. That said, I was more so impressed by the welcoming and helpful attitude of their staff. In particular, Gerald deserves special mention and a thank you for being patient with us and showing us around the property and walking us through the smallest of the details."
"First off I would like to say, I have lived here for the better part of 3 years. The new management group is a joke, after increasing rent I come to find out on my bill they are charging me for renters insurance. I have previously told them when they were switching companies I already have renters insurance that I pre pay for whole year. They said they would follow up and I go no response. I went in a second time and the say there is absolutely nothing they can do. That it is mandatory for everyone to pay. So then why at the resigning for another year was this not discussed? Answer is they use under handed deceitful tactics to gain extra $. The place is nice and cozy, quiet but I feel it needs a face lift and upkeep. My AC has gone out twice, once was in summer and it was extremely hot. Both times I was out of AC for over 3 weeks. I had a roof leak when it was storming bad that took over 3 weeks for a repair. Plus I wanted them to check for mold, because I have bad allergies and they seemed not to care. The check for mold never happened so I had someone else check it and was in the clear thank goodness. There are still stains on multiple parts of the ceiling which were never addressed. I had my trash can taken while I was out of town, and came back reported it, with zero follow up. I had to go in a second time for them to tell me some other unit had 2. All in all leaving this place for multiple reasons but I feel for the money I pay there should be nothing less of Top notch service with "Luxury Living" as they advertise. Do better CAF Management..."
