"Latitude 2976 has to be one of the best peaceful, well-managed properties within Houston. The entire team from the day I first applied till the day I moved out, has shown nothing but kindness, attentiveness, and love to me as if we were family members. The community is also shared by kind residents that mostly keep to themselves, but will always make you feel welcomed and safe. I guarantee that you will not find many hidden gems compared to this place. I would highly recommend anyone to not waste your time debating the decision of moving here and just do it. 10/10 for sure."

"I wanted to give this complex 90 days before making a review just to make sure I tell you everything you need to know. First off the property is POORLY MANAGED. I haven’t heard from my leasing agent Brenda since she took my money and moved me in but I’ve literally had to put in a maintenance request every week since I moved in! (I am so tired of them coming in my home.) Upon move in THE WATER WAS BROWN! I still have this issue sometimes, they tell me to just let the water run until it becomes clear… smh. 3 weeks ago I had a leak from the ceiling in the master bath for 3 days before they fixed it, I couldn't even walk in the bathroom without getting wet and had to remove everything from the counters because who knows what liquid is actually leaking. Last week I came home to another leaking from my ceiling in the laundry room. They took 2 days to come resolve it, by that time the leak had spread to the flooring in one of my bedrooms. They ripped up the carpet and cut a big hole in the ceiling and told me they would return Monday to fill hole and repair carpet… it’s Wednesday and not only have they not come out, they keep avoiding me but don’t worry, they still expect me to pay my rent on time. Smh Also my stove was broken at move in but 3 of the burners worked so they told me I had to deal with it because "the parts cost too much to replace". I had to complain for 2 weeks before they finally admitted to having the parts and fixed the issue, how convenient. My dishwasher is so filthy from leftover build up and residue before I moved in that I can't even get it clean enough to use it. I've been hand washing my dishes since I moved in *cries softly*. A light bulb goes out in a new place constantly, my dining room light has been out for a week because they said they’re out of lightbulbs (my $1600 rent doesn’t cover that I guess). The light switch in my room doesn't work so I have to manually pull the string to turn the light on and off. There is trash piled up all around the property and I realized it's because valet trash literally won't pick up the trash from building in the back of the complex so residents just throw it anywhere. Don’t worry, they still make you pay for it monthly even tho you’ll be taking it out yourself, UNBELIEVABLE. And they’ll keep referring you to the valet company instead of taking initiative to resolve the issue on behalf of their residents. Stray animals everywhere. ROACHES AND SPIDERS in my unit. ANTS OUTSIDE OF UNIT AND ON PATIOS. they've sprayed 3 times and it still hasn't fixed the issue. The units don't come with a washer or dryer but don't worry, the complex has a laundry center with BROKEN washers. The machines only wet your clothes and take your money. They constantly leave the front gate open and the walk in gate doesn't close at all, huge safety issue. Pool areas are never clean. AC unit has broken on me twice. Resident services rep Isela will not return my calls about the issues I’m having so overall I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE WHO’S LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO CALL HOME.
