"I have lived here since 2020 and overall I am not satisfied. When I first moved in they were on point with maintenance requests and have gone downhill, so much that I don't bother to ask unless if it is major. The dishwasher started going out in February of 2023, and maintenance came out a few times to "fix" it, in May it went completely out and smoke was coming from it. I was told I would get a new one and they ordered one. It is now October and I still have not gotten one. The roaches are bad and affecting my health along with my daughter who has asthma, I used to be able to keep them at bay with poison however over time they have become immune. I'm also pretty sure there is mold in the vents. I go out of town for work and will feel fine, and as soon as I come home I start feeling sick."
"Five stars for Tania and Jessica ! I'm leaving from this place, but I want to express my deep appreciation for Tania and Jessica who work at the leasing office. Over the past year, they have consistently shown kindness, professionalism, and exceptional helpfulness at my current residency. They go the extra mile to make our community feel like home, promptly addressing concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their dedication is truly commendable, and they are invaluable assets to our community. Thank you, Tania and Jessica, for your outstanding contributions. On the other hand, the place is very affordable, but it needs some improvements since the facilities are very old and need some repairs. I hope the administration receives the support to make those changes."
"I have lived at The Park at Amalfi for almost 2 months and it has been a nightmare from day 1. I was shown a model apartment and told that the apartment I was applying for was being totally renovated…lie 1. From cracked toilets to kitchen cabinets that will not close and flooring coming up from the floor. The worst part is the roach infestation. Roaches crawling in every kitchen cabinet and crawling on the cabinet tops while trying to prepare food and in your bed. Absolutely no assumption of safety as one of the residents was approached in the parking lot by 3 men wearing hoodies and mask; luckily, he had his gun and the men left. Do not make the mistake I made…do not move here. Update, second leak in the bathroom ceiling…I’ve only lived here 2.5 months. Update: they finally fixed the hole in the bathroom ceiling after over 2 weeks and the floor in the kitchen and bathroom 2 weeks after that, 3 days ago, and it is leaking again and water coming up from the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom again. I had to stay at a hotel for 2 day due to all kitchen appliances being moved to the living room, which management gave me a one time credit of $125. I just do not think I can take anymore; it as been constant for the 3 months I’ve lived here. The manager and office staff are extremely nice and understanding…the management company… Management let me out of my lease since the issues apparently could not be resolved within the 3.5 months and agreed to return my deposit. I left 2.5 months ago and did not receive the refund of my deposit and fees as promised. I was given a phone number to the new management company, RPM and told to call them. I have attempted to call the several times and the phone will ring 30 plus time and disconnect…no answering machine or voicemail. I attempted to contact the manager of the community and had to leave a voicemail…no return call."
"Update: Those past 2 weekends I haven't seen any trash piled up. Glad to see that things are improving! I go visit family there on the weekends and the trash is ALWAYS a mess. The community is quiet and family friendly though. At move in, the townhome wasn't clean and had a lot of roaches and things that needed fixing that took months to fix. Electricity cost is very high and upstairs is always hot in summer. I only gave 3 starts because Jessica the manager is nice and seems to be trying and Chris the maintenance guy is doing his best. I wouldn't recommend these townhomes unless you're on a tight budget."
"All new staff the day after I paid my deposit. Moved in a week later and they tried and failed to raise the rent after I had already paid my deposit but hadn't signed the lease. I made the mistake of moving in anyway. They didn't do a make-ready on my apartment. Moved in on New Year's to NO HEAT, faulty wiring, missing switch and outlet covers, missing closet rods, missing shower curtain rods, broken toilet seats, missing window screens. Maintenance left putrid waste in the sink and dishwasher for the first 4 days of my lease. The maintenance worker told me "you gotta think about where you moved in, bro." Thinking about it, yeah, I moved in where the maintenance worker tells you they don't fix things. Big mistake on my part. You can pull open your mailbox without the key. They don't fix anything. They don't call you back. They require that you give permission to enter to inform them of any issues, but they never come. They cancel your work orders and do nothing. Vacant units with busted blinds all over and clearly full of garbage, this place is a roach's paradise. The rent is cheap, but you get less than what you pay for. The hot water goes out on average once a week. All water goes out once a month. I would not move here if I were you. Stay away from all Blue Stone Premier properties."
