"Don't Listen to the five-star reviews. The people leaving those reviews were probably offered a discount on their rent in exchange for a good review. The one-star reviews are VERY accurate. I've had a hole in my ceiling caused by a leak for nearly a year now and every time I ask the maintenance men when it will be fixed they tell me that management is waiting/looking for a contractor.. HA. My dishwasher does not drain properly at all. The laundry room... ugh. The washers don't work probably and the dryers are always down. Out of two laundry rooms with 12 washers and 12 dryers two industrial washers and one industrial dryer consistently works. Good luck with the CSC go thing. The top loaders don't drain properly even AFTER they have been fixed. Oh, and it takes a few weeks to fix them. If the "Bluetooth" or "Wi-Fi" is down well just be thankful there is a washateria across the street. Theft nuff said.. See other reviews about that. This isn't exactly a quiet community. I don't mind music and people enjoying time with their friends... It's the arguments sometimes violent and aggressive around here. Usually between two people who have no business coexisting in a unit together. My AC breaks down A LOT. It leaks out and stops blowing cool air soon after. The only redeeming quality that this place has is that they do at least work with you when it comes to rent payments as long as you are actively trying and keep an open line of communication."

"I wish I had a better time here, but these apartments are terrible. Sure, my unit was freshly painted before I moved in, but they also painted over ALL THE DOORS, DOORFRAMES, CABINETS, HINGES, OUTLETS, AND EVEN THE ENTIRE BATHROOM! My bathtub was painted over, and was literally peeling paint off by LAYERS everytime I showered. The AC never got below 75, making it just awfully unbearable through the summertime. Imagine it being 98 in your apartment when you come home at night, and having to turn on the AC, just for it to not even cool down past 75. It got so hot over one weekend that my closet door paint MELTED AND FUSED WITH THE DOORFRAME. I had to cut my door out of its paint-prison, and when I put in a maintenance request to fix it, the maintenance worker just caulked over where I had to cut the door out. The laundry facility is a scam. Only the expensive machines SOMETIMES work, and once my clothes got locked in a washer, another maintenance man who came to fix it, Rigo, literally told me to go across the street to do my laundry because it was supposedly better over there. The neighborhood was always loud and noisy, day or night. Kids screaming outside and unsupervised past 11 at night. People climbing over the LOCKED GATES and using the pool in the middle of the night. Random men just SCREAMING AND SHOUTING in the neighborhood at 3am. My first week, I woke up to a man screaming at my neighbors door, threatening to hunt her down, kill her, and her family. What a welcoming environment. The only time there was silence was whenever a patrol car was randomly parked at the entrance. I could tolerate the noise, the bugs, the people, the AC issues and the paint-prison that was all my doors and hinges. But the worst part for me was management. They are TERRIBLE at assisting their tenants. Kimberly, to name, is by far the worst assastant manager I've ever dealt with. I almost didn't get approved in time to move into my apartment because she went on vacation the week I was expecting to move in. Thankfully, her manager at the time, Riquelma, was able to assist me and approve my application in time to move in, but after I moved in, I never saw Riquelma again. She was the only office worker who seemed to really care about her job. Kimberly on the other hand, barely works and is barely there it seems. She opens the office late. She closes it in the afternoons for over an hour for lunch. The hours listed say they close at 6pm, but she closes the office early on random days just to go home early. I've sent emails over and over again to the email on business card THAT SHE HANDS YOU HERSELF whenever you go into the office!! And she doesn't even read them!! When I sent her my notification that I wasn't renewing my lease, I sent it more than 3 months in advance to my move out date. The month of my moving out, the office claimed they had no record of my notice, and wanted to switch me to a month-to-month lease for 4k/mo because I "had no notice." And when I showed Kimberly the email receipts, dated and timed, she sighed and said she had "just forgotten to check on it." I almost got forced into a 4k/mo month-to-month because she FORGOT TO DO HER JOB? Even on the day I moved out and returned my keys, I asked the office hours to make sure I could move out in time, and she said she was closing early, so I'd need to move out faster to give her my key in time otherwise they'd charge me for another month. Unbelievable. She also never picks up the phone! I don't think anyone in that office does. I have logs in my call history, ALL WITHIN THE OFFICES LISTED OPEN OPERATING HOURS, the worst one being 14 calls back-to-back, with NO RESPONSES, OR CALLBACKS. Just 14 calls getting sent to voice machine over and over again. I walked into the office THAT SAME DAY and she was just sitting there at her desk, phone ringing, but not answering. It's just ridiculous. No matter how tolerable everything else could of been, the management of these apartments are the worst out of everything. It's terrible, don't give this place a shot. Don't move here."

"NO STAR. I have sent a message to corporate today requesting help with my issues. If you need a dirt cheap place to live, then live here. Have security cameras of your own like I do. Your packages WILL be stolen if any is left on your front door. Some units have a patio so if yours does, be sure to leave a sign on your doorstep instructing to put them there. I’ve redirected most packages to be picked up if the option is available. Otherwise sometimes it’s not and it’s to be delivered to your door. Their laundry facility is hysterical. Trashed, smoked in, empty alcohol containers, LAUNDRY CARD DOES NOT WORK ON REGULAR MACHINES…only the commercial ones. They will fail to tell you that there’s an app to operate the regular machines. Office will never contact you or own up to their issues. I’m Deaf and I’ve sent many emails/messages and 95% of them have been ignored. I can’t rely on phone calls as they’re not always reliable on my end. If you move into a unit with broken/missing/inoperable issues. Expect to wait about a month to never for the issues to be addressed. I requested pest control to come on a specific date, a month past my requested date I get a knock on my door for pest control and they just happen to be lucky I was home at the time. Pest control request was ignored twice before this happened. Scammers for money. Trying to charge me renter’s insurance when I already provided mine to them. I have messages to prove it. Other charges without explanation is present too. All of this is half the issues going on. Giving me crippling anxiety as I’ve had perfect rental history for almost 20 years."

"I just got done walking the townhome floor plan and I'll keep it short, it's a hard pass. I called to ask about leasing information asked if I could swing by to get a guided tour. When I got there, it was a brief hello the leasing agent wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't inviting or welcoming. We literally walked to the model townhome. She open the door and just stood at the entrance. There was no conversation about anything. I briefly walked upstairs, the cabinets are really gunky, paint job wise. It is vinyl flooring on both the downstairs and upstairs, which is nice, but you can also tell that there is a lot of uneven spots in the flooring itself. The rail at the top of the stairs was wobbly, all in all for the amount of rent that you would pay I would look elsewhere. I was definitely not impressed and the model was not show ready! The bathroom tub had stains. There was no refrigerator in place. The doors for the closet areas were off hinges, first impressions matter and this was definitely not the best."
