"I have been living her for over 20 yrs and I do not want to go no where else. I love my attach garage, Armando lead maintenance has been my best maintenance always making sure everything is done on time, he is very clean and detailed in doing work orders. Office staff Soany has been a very big help always kind with a smile on her face and going beyond with customer service. JoAnne is very patient and kind always with a positive energy. Leasing here was the best decision I ever made :)"

"I lived here for 2.5 years and moved out. And I just moved back in! I did not have any major problems while I lived here. Maintenance is always friendly and fast - often coming the same day that the work orders are placed. Nino knew me by name and always made me feel welcomed. Ms. JoAnne in the front office is so sweet and easy to work with! After searching for similar apartments, I could not find anything that came close. I value a smaller community, so I would recommend this one for sure. Moving out made me see what things I valued the most: mailboxes are safe, property is cleaned every day, maintenance is responsive and capable, front office actually answers the phone and emails - this is a place I’ve been proud to live and I’m glad that I’m back. P.S. There are some interior updates that could be made for sure and like other reviews have said, you can easily hear your neighbors - all parts of apartment living but not any less frustrating."
