"The staff are great. The maintenance man are awesome, when I have a maintenance request, they alway come on time and fix the problem and they’re warm and welcoming. I’ve been living here a little over six months and so far no complaints property and community is well kept, noise level is awesome. Great place to raise a family and call home"

"I live here currently and overall it’s great. Property is kept clean and the people in the area keep to themselves. The only issue is this one man who works in the office named Raiden I believe. He always has an attitude when I come into the office and he has a very unwelcoming presence. Why is there a need to visibly sigh when people are walking in like we’re bothering you? Can definitely tell he does not want to be here dealing with anyone."

"First and foremost, I have lived at Brisa at shadowlake for close to 10 years, I've had a few issues, but for the most part, all have been resolved timely and efficiently. For the last couple of years, a change in management started, and that is when no issues were ever resolved. A blatant disregard for residents' needs were shown. Never have I experienced a level of incompetency of this sort with any property management. Constantly making excuses for not resolving problems, dismissive to any new requests, I'm sad to leave a place I have called home for so long but I cannot continue to be disrespected and disregarded in the way that this property management has treated me and several other residents. I hope anyone reading this will think twice before moving here because nobody deserves to be taken advantage of and pay for it, literally and figuratively."

"I've been a resident for about a year now. I've a very pleasant experience from the application process to move in. The office staff, especially Carla and Paula have been great. They been very pleasant and have attending quickly and courteously to any of my needs. The property is also very well kept. My guests love my place when they visit. I'm a satisfied and proud resident."
