"I lived here from 2019-2023 and let me tell you the damn roaches will try to take over the breaking into apartments in the middle of the day the harassment of weird men the domestic violence I have witnessed it all no matter what they do that place will always be unsafe I use to walk outside with my gun in my hand going to my car. Homeless people would be living in the laundry room people sleeping on the bench the police was always over it was crazy The rent prices are cheap but trust it’s not worth it"

"I was in this apartment for almost 4 years .. I moved out May 2023, then I got a call from debt collectors in September saying I’m owing $320. My apartment was #343..The mgt didn’t even try to reach out to me in anyway. My wife went over there to ask questions and they told her it was Gas and water bill for May. All my years living there I’ve never paid $100 for water but all of a sudden gas and water is now $320. The manager refused to see my wife.. they said manager can only be seen by Appointment, can y’all imagine that.!!!! Like seriously. Till this day we still waiting for an appointment For the past two weeks to speak to d manager…"

"Started off fine. Well me and my neighbors are close that what happened when we all experience robberies and gun shots all night, it brings the people closer. In the beginning I paid my rent two weeks early and was praised by them all whilst they brought other residents down saying “don’t be like your neighbors they can’t pay” very very nasty behavior. I was told I was moving in to the 400 building however upon meeting me they quickly moved me to the underdeveloped section where there where no upgrades although I paid. For the first two months they where renovating my inside, then the next two they where redoing the patio it was like my space was never mine coming back to men in my restroom changing sinks in the living room tracking dirt throughout. And I’m a lady. Once I was robbed I alerted the police they never came; I told the leasing and they immediately charged me for my window and lock that someone else broke then when I couldn’t pay rent that month and spoke to them about it (because of the robbery) in March I was told I was ok. Three weeks later when I try to pay my rent a constable comes knocking on my door.. first month late and I had my money before April. From there I went to court and did my part only for them to close the online portal forcing another court date which just ended up being dismissed since I had my full payment. With that being said, especially since my Inability to pay was linked directly to the robbery.. as they took my wallet emptied my accounts and took my cash. Their behavior towards me was not just vile it was very very dishonest. All that being said when I was finally done I came to the leasing office. And guess what I witnessed. Cops harassing an elderly black lady and joking with the leasing Manager “she’ll be out your hair for 2 days when she comes back u can evict her , idk , there’s gotta be a breach somewhere in the contract” like the cops and managers laughing about this all while the lady is outside being lied to by another cop they’ll handle the situation and she’s ok. When the cop was done laughing he went outside and arrested her, I’ve never seen a lady in such distress. And I already know most likely she had mental issues they lied to her called the cops and are ready to ruin her life. I don’t take kindly to eviction centers… especially when they suck. Lemme get evicted from a good apartment. This place is such as shame. But for the price, I learned my lesson . I added a video of the harassment and I’ll add another with pictures of the broken ac units, utilities and overall madness they rent people regardless of health concerns. It’s truly a shame!"
