"They are making a massive mistake. Alejandra is their number one scammer, she makes them money so they are making her the manager. Stay away, the good reviews were bought because they tell you they discount your rent if you post 5 stars. Roaches abundant, lying and incompetent management will double charge you and never refund you, but god forbid you forget to pay rent by one day, they will send a security guard to your door to threaten you with eviction. These people only care about creating problems to sell solutions. They limit parking to sell spaces, they force you to pay for a valet trash service that doesn’t actually pick up trash half the time, they sell laundry services, forced building insurance that only covers them, not your property. Meanwhile, the buildings are crumbling, the quality of the residents they rent to has declined dramatically, they are slow to respond to service requests and they retaliate when you complain. Ps: I purposely used an alternate email to avoid retaliation. I cannot say things to management or contact anyone because not only do they avoid talking to residents, they will say anything to make you leave them alone so they can go back to their favorite pastimes DOING NOTHING and retaliating against anyone who speaks up about their abusive practices."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE PLEASE RUN… Paying $1200 for one small bedroom, power and water shut down at least once a week, washers and dryers dont work, very bad finishing units with the walls cracking up and getting worse day after day. I dont know if its even safe to live in them. The only thing im giving 1 star for is the awesome staff and the safety other than that you can get way better for that much money"

"This is my 6 months living here and I can’t wait till the term of my lease to leave. The smell of weed is everywhere from the parking lot to your closet. This awful smell at time wakes me up at night coming in my apartment through shared ventilation I’m guessing. It is so uncomfortable that I hate staying at home. If you don’t mind that horrible smell of weed and paying for shared water bills going up every month, you’ll enjoy living here. These are the only problems I have encountered here so far. As said in other reviews, the staff is very friendly and respond to concerns promptly."

"All of the staff are very lovely and patient. Karen made sure we had all the papers we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The apartments themselves are very nice. The maintenance is very quick and the complex is safe and mostly quiet. Overall, it's been a great couple of months here."

"Love the fact that we are treated so respectfully. The staff is amazing Karen and Alejandra make everything clear at move in and are specific about everything. Im not sure why people are so mad about these "other charges" when they are clearly posted on the lease. The complex is a fairly priced but fit in my budget. From my $500 deposit I was returned $400 due to regular cleaning charges which are understandable. If my husband and I didn't purchase our first new home we would have definitely renewed our leased.
