"I once had an apartment there many years ago when it was called Wellington Place, and I liked living there since it was quiet and my neighbors were pretty cool. The rent was reasonable but my only issue is that the maintenance was horrible. I got tired of making repair requests and they hardly ever showed up, and I remember overhearing a a lady yelling at the manager in the leasing office because a water leak was not being fixed after she had requested it twice. I learned that if you put the request in writing (and have it mailed return receipt requested), they would do the repairs because I could prove the request was made (and verbal requests over the phone don't mean squat). Once I bought my house it was time to go, especially when a deputy I knew showed up on a call and he advised me that I should move elsewhere since crime was getting worse in the area."

"I recently visited these apartments as I have friends who rent here, and to say the least this looks like a dump; their pool is so dirty it has turned green, and it looks like a junk yard with trash, broken exit gate, just no maintenance at all. The new manager doesn’t seem like they care for their tenants or property at all. Hopefully the manager reads this complaint and gets to doing what they are supposed to be doing."

My apartment looked exceptional and even though my washer and dryer weren't ready at the time I moved in (due to the supply chain and transportation shortages everyone is facing, not the fault of the community) Martha personally communicated it to me prior to my move in date. Had one small maintenance issue with a toilet and it was literally corrected within 30 minutes of reporting it and they even followed up the next day- WELL DONE PEBBLE CREEK"
