"Other than parking..it's been good, great office personal....I got towed and I live here ..cost me $375 to get my car back ....if I get towed again..the office is gonna catch hell from me... I believe these shady Tow companies are getting a kick back from someone... They gotta be...but overall.great safe property to live.. great Maintanance guy."

"the parking lot is always a problem don’t even have visitor’s parking well they do only 1 for apartment, that’s crazy ! i had a family reunion last weekend and they towed all my family members cars!!! smh i can’t wait to move from here."

"Hi, I just want to share my experience as a visitor here at Little Nell is very horrible. Parking is the biggest issue I ride around 30 minutes to an hour or sometimes even longer here on weekend looking for a parking spot, because all the visitors parking spaces are taken. Soon as I park the female security professional always pulls up behind my car like she blocking me and tell me about Curfew, I understand that the property may have curfew but if I have no where to park and I’ve been waiting what I’m suppose to do? This happens every time but last night was by far she walking doing her patrol she walk directly behind my car as I’m getting drop off take a picture of my temp tag and send it to someone. I ask her was there a problem she likes to act as if she don’t understand English. I feel harassed by her every time and I will file a complaint because I don’t no what type of lies she can report on me cause she never have no reason to come approach me."

"Ive been here over 3years and iv never had to complain. I hate the new management. My garage has been broken over 4months. Ive been here over 3years and never have i ever saw the pool dirty in the full 3years of living here. Old management was amazing n fast.also caref about our property. I hate that im paying this amount of rent for an amazing view. And when i step outside the view is horrible because the pool looks like a swamp. Bernice is amazing but the help in the office that she has is a failure. Maintenance is also a failure. I dont think i will b renewing my lease this go round. And I actually liked this area. The children play well. Its not noisy.however i dont like new management or new maintenance"

"I moved in to the little nell apartments 1 year ago after having a terrible experience from my previous apartments. The staff is amazing the property manager crystal is awesome and very helpful and understanding. I thought I was going to have to be moving out come this November due to the pandemic and my rent was going to increase. Which I wasn’t going to be able to make it. When I turned in my notice to vacate she called me the next day and asked me to come in an talk with her. Which I did she assured me an gave me assistance programs that would help me an was so understanding. So I got to resign my lease an stay with them for another year.. I am so thankful for all that they do. The maintenance man is great and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t have it any other way to call this place home. I am so comfortable here. An have no worries. Thank you all for what you do for your residents on your property.."
