"I’ve been living in the same apartment for a many years and have seen many managers come and go . Even the owners have sold the property since the new year ! The manager here not has very nasty attitude and lies when call to put in request for maintenance to come out to fix the issue. I’m tired and if you ask for corporates number you will not get it ! She’d rather lie to ya !"

"Tori Stewart And Frida Loza need to be FIRED worst experience ever. I came in to lease an apartment they accepted my deposit and denied me viewing the unit due to it “not being ready” I moved in a few days later to see the walls have not been painted. My stove is not turning on, I was not able to cooked thanksgiving food for my family. The carpet in my new apartment is horrible with holes in the walls caused by door knobs. I try calling but no one never answers. Every time I try to go inside the office to explain the issue, the doors are locked. I don’t want no one to ever experience what I’ve been through in these past 2 weeks."

"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Coming from an elderly that been here only a year! Let’s start with the office manager TORI. She is very rude and seems to only come to work to get a paycheck. This complex have only one maintenance man and no cart for them to drive so they walk every where. They never come out when you call the emergency line. They have mold build up through these apartments which lead to many sicknesses. I called the office to request a work order and the Latina Assistant Frieda told me to stop calling and that she did not have time to input a work order. The office manager TORI came out of her office stating I need to try fixing the problems my self which left me APPALLED. These units have painted tubs so you will have to get you tub painted yearly or it will peel.Save your time and do not move here. I’ll make another post showing pictures of mold and unpainted tubs"

"I have had a wonderful experience so far with Freda and her supervisor. I have only been there twice but so far she has made this stressful situation I am in a lot easier. I am going through a divorce and I have been battling with Ovarian Cancer for the past year. Trying to adjust to one income for you and your child with the cost of living these days is a STRUGGLE! Right now I don’t make enough money to be able to support me and my daughter comfortably, but I’m doing the very best I can while battling with some health issues. My biggest fear was not being able to find a place that we can afford. That is also safe for us to live. My mother and I have went to over 30 apartment complexes trying to find a suitable fit financially with a good community. It has been very discouraging when you realize how little your options are. The first time I came in I was just price shopping to see what kind of environment I will get with my rent budget. She was friendly, welcoming, efficient, and understanding. Round 2 was income amount approvals/availability. Frida took so much time and effort with me today. Even her supervisor was extremely helpful and friendly. I would be willing to pay a little more money in rent if it came down to it if it meant that I got to live in a community with staff like this. She was incredibly helpful and lifted my hopes back up. I’m very grateful that she was there to assist me today."

"A lot has changed since I moved in the complex in 2009. The green grass isn't green anymore along many places. The foliage is dying. Yes, climate change has a lot to do with it, but they dont water the grass or foliage anymore like they use to, also they have men come on the property far too often cutting and edging until all that's left is dirt. They actually are cutting dirt because there is no grass like before. When you need repairs done, it will be a while before you see anything get done. This is just a tip of issues. I don't have time to list all the other problems. Because I have to rate this, I HAD to put something, it wouldn't allow me to leave it blank. So 1 star"
