"After living in this complex for almost 3 years i have been left with the worst taste in my mouth from them. after my most recent month here I had to come and read the reviews and I come to find that I am not the only person horrified by my experience here. The apartments are beautiful and located in a very convenient area of Houston however the management team and their employees are unprofessional and even worst RUDE and condescending. To start the apartments have a very very high price tag on them and you'd think that would be okay if the security is like they say it is but recently I got my car stolen from my own garage and had to jump a million hoops to recover it and they barely apologized and never put out any awareness for the rest of the complex seeing it's clearly common occurrence. Now that it's time for me to end my lease I have tried to communicate with the leasing office about some miscommunication and they've been nothing but condescending and arrogant about the matter. I am now nervous about the retaliation that I know will come from the management team the week we move out. For the price tag honestly I recommend looking for a complex that actually appreciate its tenant."
"Had a very disappointing and cold experience with the front desk today. Went in to view three-bed leasing options but the front desk associate Jade first couldn't scan the IDs and we were made to bring the passports from our residence. Upon presenting the passports we were told that touring is not possible although we were still half an hour within the office hours. I won't probably consider San Cierra as an option anymore owing to their cold and unenthusiastic attitude for their future residents. Now i can relate to the bad reviews they're getting from their existing residents."
"This was a great place to live ! I enjoyed my one year lease and felt like everything was pretty smooth from start to end. I felt a certain level of privacy yet the property was always attentive and on top of things , especially the maintenance guys ! Great area and I loved it , if I didn't have an opportunity to move into a home with my family , I would have liked to stay."
"We moved in last July and really loved the place until they changed managers. The new manager is always unavailable and her only concern is to save money and dictate her own policies. The so called pandemic has completely altered the amenities at this property and now, even after the Governor of our state lifted the restrictions, San Cierra and its managing company, Rosco Properties are still using the pandemic to not provide the amenities that we still pay in full to this day. The pool is supposed to be open from 10-10 but the front office is still claiming that they are waiting for corporate approval to reopen for regular hours. Since the start of the pandemic they only offer amenities when there is someone at the office. They still wait until 1 pm on Sunday's to open the pool and then kick you out at 5:00 pm to coincide with there office personnel. The maintenance department does there best at keeping up but our last service work order to 12 days to get action. The security gates are constantly broken. The bathrooms at the gym/pool area have been closed for almost a month but are finally open but are filthy and still damaged. The gym is open but also filthy and 9 out of 10 times there are no equipment wipes or hand sanitizer, and only 50% of the treadmills actually work. The hot tub at the pool doesn't work. The property is getting run down and no one at the front office or there corporate office seems to care. Over the past 6 months we have only seen a couple of families actually move in while watching dozens move out. I have added pictures to this review and strongly suggest if you are considering this place look elsewhere. Our lease is coming up in July, but if things do not turn around quickly, we will definitely NOT renew."
"Beautiful quiet complex. The apartments are very nice with great features. Spacious kitchens. Complex amenities are great- the gym has diverse pieces of equipment that are new. The pool is terrific and has a bbq area for anyone to make use of. There is also a kid pool area."
