"This property is nice but the property manager is awful. I am having the absolute worst experience here!!! Not even worth 1 star. There are residents that have been here 40yrs and I hear the same as far as property manager."

"Was alright until new management company arrived. Original manager was a resident and genuinely cared about residents. New manager manages several different properties and could really care less about the residents. Case in point a resident who did lawn work broke my car window while I lived there and after contacting management I was informed that, somehow, the city of houston was to blame, and that they would not give me the video feed nor would I be reimbursed for the window."

"I am a senior citizen and have lived here over two years and, I absolutely love it here! The management office always addresses any issues that are reported to them within a couple of days. If not the same day. Maintenance is on the property at least six days per week working to make sure that everything is as it should be and in good working condition. It is always quiet and peaceful. No matter what time of day or night it is. The grounds are well kept and maintained at all times. The pool and pool area are well maintained at all times as well. The entrance and exit gates are always in excellent working condition. This place reminds me of the community I grew up in as a child. The people in community are all very friendly. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! This is the place to live for comfort, safety, and peace of mind. Which I have every day."
