Reviews
"I lived here a few years ago (2021-2022) and saw they have deleted most of their reviews so wanted to repopulate them. While I was there, new management came in and ignored service requests. My AC went out many times for up to 10 days straight in the summer. To get things fixed you have to submit a report, call the helpline, and go in person to the office several times. The unit itself was fine minus the frequent lack of AC but management was really hard to work with. I did get almost all of my deposit back so there’s that at least. They were extremely difficult to work with while moving out. Maybe it’s better now but it was bad then and deleting reviews doesn’t bode well."
"This apartment is the worst place I have ever lived in. It is full of problems that the management does not care to fix. Here are some of the issues that I faced during my stay: - The water heater was broken from the start and it kept breaking down every other day. I had to reset it manually, which gave me an electric shock. The maintenance team replaced the thermostat, but it did not help. I had to take cold showers or go to a friend's place to shower. - The air conditioner was not working properly and it could not cool down the apartment. It was always above 80 degrees inside. I felt like I was living in an oven. The maintenance team came and checked it, but they said it was fine. They did not do anything to fix it or improve it. - The apartment was infested with cockroaches, which were everywhere. They were in the kitchen, the bathroom and the pantry. They were disgusting and unsanitary. I reported this issue many times and the pest control team sprayed the apartment, but it did not make any difference. The cockroaches kept coming back and multiplying. - The refrigerator was noisy and defective, which ruined my food and disturbed my sleep. It made a loud and annoying noise that lasted for hours. It also froze my food in the refrigerator compartment, which made it inedible. I opened two maintenance requests for this issue, but they were ignored or delayed. These issues made my life miserable and unbearable in this apartment. I tried to be patient and cooperative, but the management was unresponsive and unprofessional. They did not listen to my complaints or take any action to resolve them. They did not respect me as a tenant or as a human being. I decided to move out early and find another place that meets my expectations and needs. This apartment is not worth renting or living in. It is a nightmare and a disaster. Do not rent this apartment unless you want to suffer."
"Wins: The apartment itself isn’t bad overall. All apartment buildings have issues, right? It’s at a great location being near the town center. It’s also a fairly quiet community and my apartment was at a reasonable rate. Grant it rates these days are pretty unreasonable as a whole, but some battles just aren’t meant to be fought lol. Opportunities: Unfortunately the leasing staff itself is below subpar. The apartment and apartment complex are only as good as the people running it. Any issues you have with your apartment whether big, or small, will take months for resolution and even then still may not occur. Regardless of whether you spend your free time calling, emailing, or walking into the leasing office specifically. (This includes any issues from prior to move in date.) Additional opportunities are peer-to-peer communication, and document retention. Way Forward: Teams have managers to do just that.. manage them. It shouldn’t be the consumer that is following up with deadlines, aged service tickets, etc. We pay to live here not work it like it’s a part time job. Follow up, accountability, communication (both with their peers and their residents), and setting deadlines are all things needed for this team. Yes, the leasing agents should take some self accountability here, but ultimately it starts from the top down. If they aren’t being managed to their performance then it’s not entirely their fault."
