"Really liked the leasing staff. Been here three months now. After being screwed over by my last complex, I had low expectations. But they do a great job here. Besides the power going out a few times there has been no issues, maintenance fixed problems well and in general its a nice quiet space. Got a good deal for 1000 a month 2 bedroom, plenty of space and I really like the units. Great place to live would def recommend Susleigh and Lori were great and deserve a raise"

"I just moved to this property in March. I absolutely love it here. This property is about one thing…….value. It is quiet, very clean, with a resident profile of people that have been here a while. The staff is very friendly and proactive, not reactive. The manger Lorie is a commensurate professional with 30 years property management experience. Maintenance requests are answered right away. Alex the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this property. I am a retired property manager myself. So I can assure you I won’t live anywhere that is not properly ran."

"Sesleigh and lorie are just the sweetest people!! The community is always well kept, the maintenance is on time and respectful. I love that it’s like a family here! I feel safe, and welcomed!! This is now my second year here. I started off in the smallest one bedroom and now will be moving into the 2 bedroom. I will be here for a very long time! God has blessed me and protected me by guiding me to this community!! This is the place you would want to call home :)"

"EXCELLENT apartments!!! Love it here! These apartments are well managed, quiet, and in energy corridor which is a good area. The interiors of the apartments are nice, but are on the older side. The rental price is very good. Don't expect any flashy amenities, however if you are looking for a simple apartment with great management then this is the place to be. I met with the front desk lady and she was helpful in exploring the property. Seems like it's a family business but I'm not sure."
