"***ONE MONTH UPDATE*** It's been over a month since my initial review and the elevator in the second building is STILL BROKEN! It has not worked even 1 day during that time. Another elevator in the parking garage has been inoperable for about 5 days now and it was out of service another 4-5 days about a week before that. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they question my residency to reach out to me??? How about reaching out to an elevator repair service instead and resolving the problem? You would think they would try to compensate their residents somehow like a rent reduction, waiving the amenity fee or something. But nothing. As you can see from other recent reviews, this is a big problem. This place has become an absolute dump. There are 3 elevators and currently all 3 are out of service. The one in the second building has worked a total of 1 day (yes, only 1 day) in the last 2 months. Even before that, it stayed broke about half the time. The management does nothing to fix the problem or keep us informed. Don't be fooled by the many fake positive reviews you read here. Come visit this dump for yourself. Ask to take a ride on the elevator in the second building and see what they say. And don't take my word for any of this...just find a resident and ask them of their experiences so you can hear it straight from the source."

"there's so much that I could say about these apartments but I'm a keep it short and sweet. The management sucks. They care about nobody. The property is trash. I will upload pictures if i can so you can see. I moved out and there was a package delivered, I called to asked them about it, they confirmed (because I did record the young lady named cassie and will be posting it online), she confirmed that the package was indeed stolen and she also said "this is Houston. You know there are porch pirates". That statement alone should let you know they couldn't care less about the property or what goes on. The gate is ALWAYS and when i say ALWAYS I really mean literally as we speak its always broken. They do not care about your security, or who comes in and out of the apartment. if I were you, I would avoid these apartments at all cost it's not worth it."

"I am soo exited to move out of this apartment complex, to live in the 4rth floor of the small building and having to go get the mail or walk my dog is so stress full. None of the elevators work. Our elevator has only worked 2 or maybe 3 days in a period of almost 7 months. I have a knee problem and is just such an inconvinience. The only reason why I even let my self stay in the 4rth floor was because of the elevator. Because originally I applied for a second floor apartment and for some reason the day of move in they gave me a completly different apartment."

"I can’t say enough good things about this property! Everything has been top notch since I’ve moved in and today my maintenance guy came to change my filter and was super professional and kind. It’s very quiet and the location speaks for itself. Cassey has also been the sweetest and was super patient with helping me during the application process. Definitely a special group of people."

"I have only lived here one week but it is fantastic. Everything is awesome. Had a few things that needed fixing and they came very fast to take care of it. Everyone is very polite. Have a great relationship with Cassy she is so very helpful. Barbara is always sweet and helpful. Marco is very attentive and can fix anything in the apartment."
