"Terrible move in process - lots of misscomunication with staff.. They all say different things and dont communcate what they tell to residents. The property is great but not the system and processes that are used. Its a new company that took over so kinda explains why its messy."

"I have been living in san Montego for 9 months now, since day 1 I have issue with dryer, it doesn't dry clothes in one cycle, it needs to be replaced, I am tired now of raising maintenance request , I feel management team doesn't care if they can not repair the things, they wont even respond to your maintenance requests"

"We live in 3 beefs 2 bathroom second floor unit and it has been 6 months now but we already got a noise violation for having guests, for my mother in law’s wake and having my kids playing during the day. We feel the management is not considering our living situation to give us a violation notice. It’s not worth to pay thousands for the place that doesn’t accommodate the needs of the family."

"I have been living here for 3 years and San Montego has been accommodating to every need and ask. The apartments are spacious and I don’t hear anything from my neighbors. One of the best things is that they have a jacuzzi :)"

"I have lived here for a year. The property itself is very nice and well maintained. Management is a different story! They drop the ball and make mistakes frequently and nothing but excuses. There was a garage fire in the unit adjacent to mine and I had smoke damage in my unit and had to stay in a hotel for a week while an industrial HEPA air cleaner ran in my unit to clear out the smell. This happen in August and I have turned in receipts as requested for my displacement and they have not given me a rent credit or a check to reimburse my expenses. I pay my rent on time every month. Even when I first applied to live here they made many mistakes with my application and deposits and I had to stay on them to get them corrected. Think twice before making this place your home! Your response to my review just further confirms that management is not responding to the issue at hand. This is not a maintenance issue! I have not had a problem with maintenance. I need to be reimbursed for my hotel expenses that I have requested on several occasions."
