Phillips Pass Apartments

"The new management sucks. Previous one was better. The new management only knows how to get more and more price out of the residents. Either by towing there cars, when you missed you renew permit just by 2 hours or hiking up the rent. I have been living in same community over more than 2 years and instead of lowering down my rent on new lease they keep on increasing everytime I have to renew the lease. They did renew the apartment but that doesn't mean you just keep hiking the rent or try to get moeny any how from residents."

"I’m not even a tenant here YET but I was compelled to leave a review about my experience with Mary! She is the best! I’ve been speaking with her since December because I’m actually in no rush to move. But when I tell you that Mary is consistent with her communication, she’s always bubbly and can always pick up where we left off! I genuinely believe she will be the main reason why I’d move here because I just trust that I’d be taken care of based on my experience with her! Thank you so much Mary!!"

"What seemingly started off as a great decision turned sour. This was my first apartment. The apartment was perfect in space, top of the line appliances, and maintenance was the best part. They get things done within a matter of a couple days, if not same day. I travel for work and am hardly ever home, lucky if I get to spend 10 days at home. So basically they are collecting rent from someone hardly at the apartment. Always pay on time, never an issue. First issue came about when my car broke down and I had to borrow a family member's vehicle. I forgot to add the daily parking pass to the vehicle one night and found that it was towed, which I found interesting since there were vehicles being parked in places where they should have been towed and in all the time of living there they never towed anyone illegally parked. Second issue came about when one month after management reaches out stating that they fined me over $400 for not being able to conduct a fire inspection because they could not gain access. Which is something I found strange because I'm never home, and I have proof that I was barely at the apartment that day and if they could not get in why would they not let me know immediately. It safe to say I'm not renting here because clearly they don't value good customers. I also found it strange that the fine came shortly after turning on my notice to not renew my lease."

"So far Phillips Pass has been a step up from the place I just moved from, Aubrey is always helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The staff in general is super friendly and seem to always be available and they check up on you to see how you’re doing which is awesome! You can tell the staff really cares about their residents. By far, I’m loving it here and my apartment is in great condition for move in and the community is nice and very friendly."

"I lived here for two years, in the first administration before Phillips pass it was quite good, I never had an incident and my contract was respected. When the change occurred, the services began to fail, poor maintenance work, they did not collect the garbage on time and they stole a bicycle that was in front of me. I think that for the price of their residence you can find something better and that they really guarantee the services. In addition of that, the lease office never attend the calls."
