She was very informative, available, polite and resourceful. She was also understanding and compassionate to my last minute decisions on what I wanted and needed. I came in stating that I wanted downstairs apartment and at the last minute decided. I needed an upstairs apartment for personal reasons. With my last minute request she made it happen in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to move in before the deadline of my move out date.
