The friendly and respectful staff have always made me feel welcome and valued as a resident. It is remarkably quiet, and the residents here are considerate and respectful, which creates a pleasant living environment for everyone. The amenities provided by Vantage Point Apartments are consistently clean and readily available. Whether it's the well-maintained swimming pool, the fully equipped fitness center, or the inviting communal spaces, everything is kept in excellent condition for the enjoyment of the residents. "It’s currently been 4 days with no hot water. This is not the first time that we’ve had problems like these occur. When you call and ask about the eta on hot water they say they sent out a notice it would take about “2 days” but yet it’s been over 4 days and their only response is that they are “sorry and can’t do anything about it”. I understand some things are out of reach but it’s so frustrating especially in this cold weather. Last winter it was no electricity, water being shut on and off for days! This recent summer it was no electricity for a good 3 days and you know how hot it can get in Houston!! Luckily we had enough money to pay for a hotel but what about those that do not??"

"I’ve lived here for a little over a year. I have the upgraded space and I love it. The staff is very attentive and kind. The neighbors are quiet and sweet. The location is perfect with convenient access to shopping and great food. We are in a great school district as well. My children and I are very happy here."

"I lived here for 7 years and have had cops running through apartments chasing people. Raids on apartments at least once a month. And the worst of it was for 2 different times bullets shot through my apartment very unsafe place..... drive in and see cars and trucks on blocks. Yes, they got their tires stolen. Walked out one evening, caught someone stealing catalytic converter off cars, and had plenty of neighbors that gotten there's stolen. If the gate is working, which it rarely did so they just keep it open. they just come on in and cause problems. Try to tell the managers issues you have they never do anything about anything. Very unpleasant place, and I hated it."
