"Live there 6 years, gotta move. The office staff Naomi is rude as hell. She refused my rent check then brings a notice saying I am late with fees the manager Yolanda just went with it. Can you say totally illegal? A lot of Cubans nòŵ living there. A few are quiet, soft spoken The majority are loud, Don't respect our country my father and so many others gave their lives for. Naomi has it òut for me because I complained about a neighbor above my bedroom apt with 11 people living it. Another neighbor, blasted his music so loud my walls reverberated and they were jumping on my livingroom ceiling. Staff did nothing. Tons of roaches I poured boric acid all over the floors killed around 1200 of them in one night. The property's ground is erroding sink wholès everywhere Someone could get hurt. They don't care Good luçk if you choose to live their."

"The absolute worst management, they change the rules whenever they want to without updating any of the tenants, will tow your car for the dumbest reasons. I’ve lived here for almost three years and they have the nastiest attitude with us. They also have the worst roach problem in each apartment. Don’t recommend living here."

"This place is so beautiful but the management are so rude, they think they own the place. And roach in the apartment ,, besides that don’t dream about getting your deposit when you move out. I left my apartment nice and clean and I kept calling them every week for my deposit, they keep saying we haven’t got the check yet . Rude females in the office be careful with your car too make sure you have a stolen coverage."

"I LOVED my studio Apartment. The only thing i didn't like was my next door neighbor who would play Loud music to the point that my Frames would Shake I let Management know and they would tell me they would send her a notice to keep it down and she never did until she drove me crazy and i moved out. I was lucky enough to Not have Roach problem and i always kept my apartment in good shape that i got my deposit back when i moved out! Overall i had a good experience with these apartments."

"I really enjoyed living here at this apartment complex. We have lived there for 6 years in two different townhouses. We didn't have roach problems until our last apartment. It wasn't super awful though. I could still leave stuff in my drawers and cabinets. They remodeled nicely too. We were there when Harvey flooded some of those apartments and they worked with everyone of the people with rent. The managers aren't perfect and everyone in the office brought something good and not so good to the table but they did their best. I loved the walk to the lake in the mornings and evenings. I gave it three stars because of two personal things that have happened there. I don't believe and I'm hoping it doesn't happen to y'all. But I would still let people know how much I enjoyed living their especially the first five years. It's a decent place especially for those who can afford to live here. Part of me would move back but the other part would move on. So check it out and see for yourself if you enjoy it."
