"I usually do pick up for my groceries and never had problems with my orders. The only thing I have issues with is why have pick up time ...it took over 25 minutes for them to bring out my groceries. They need to cut off orders if they can't bring them out with in 10 -15 minutes."

I ordered tires, they came in, I made an appointment, someone called to ask if I was still interested in the tires, told them I had an appointment for Saturday and they sent the tires back. I got my money back but I still don't have tires for my car. NOT going back to Wal-Mart Auto Center anytime soon!"

"Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time."

"Bought tires a year ago, put 10k miles on them and the warranty I bought with them for $10 each still costs me $50 to replace a tire that had a nail in it. For tires that retail $105, there’s not much savings in the warranty at all considering I paid $40 to warranty all 4 tires, $50 to replace a bad tire that was only 10k miles in, I saved $15..So as long as you avoid being scammed by their horrible warranty, it’s a decent place to get tires."

"Very disappointed in the service here. I brought my car in about 2 weeks ago to get an oil change. I asked them for an estimate on tire replacement. They gave me a quote and told me I could make same day appointment right after my oil change so I set up the appointment. Well about a two hour wait later car was done. They rang me up for the oil change. So naturally I asked what about my tires? They had no idea I needed tire replacement! Fast forward to current time. I called 3 separate times making sure that if I order tires online, they can do same day tire replacement and details of what I need to do to be prepared for the tires. The person on the phone specifically said when my tires come in that I can call for a same day appointment and they will bring out my tires to replace them. My tires came in on Thursday, so I call and the person said they can’t make same day appointments. Okay, so I made an appointment for Saturday morning. I walked in for my appointment, waited about 10 minutes before someone could help. The guy yelled at me for not getting my tires before the appointment because now they have to look in the back for my order. He was very rude to me. About 15 minutes later, I get a call saying they can’t replace my tires because they don’t have the tool to get stripped lug nuts off. So I took my tires and had them replaced elsewhere without a problem. Very disappointed on the costumer service I received. No one in the department is on the same page and telling me different answers. Do not recommend."
