"I’ve absolutely loved my stay here at San Paloma! All of the apartments have an amazing finish, and not to mention the beautiful amenities!! (Movie theater is my favorite) The convenience of the area and the cleanliness of the community really sets the bar for apartment living. I will definitely be renewing my lease"

"Respect your money and peace and stay away from San Paloma -Loud neighbors. -Office and management do nothing to take care of the issues. Super rude and unfriendly after you rent the house. -No parking spot is available. -You think it's a gated community, but you are wrong because management decided to leave it open. -You never know how much extra they will charge you every month. It can be more than 200$. You will overpay for this place. There are a lot of fake reviews, read all the reviews and you will understand the same issues are repeated. But management doesn't care to fix the issues. I unfortunately made the mistake of choosing here, but I am sharing my experience with you, so hopefully you won't make the same mistakes. My family and I are not happy here at all, especially the way that office and management treat us, they don't take responsibility and they don't care about your issues. Save yourself from here, there are lots of good communities around this neighborhood."

"I absolutely love living here! I can honestly say this is my favorite apartment I’ve lived in so far. Having a good office staff really means a lot to me and they are so nice. Melaine and Jessica both helped me a lot with my renewal process and they were so helpful and understanding. I’m so glad I chose to stay!"

"The complex has decided to leave the guest gates open "M-F 9am-6pm", and on the weekends they would be closed and require a gate code per usual.We'll, as I was leaving out earlier in the week, around 9:45pm, the guest gate was still open. And here it is a Sunday, when the gate should be closed according to them, and it's still open. A few months ago 5 or 6 trucks were left on bricks because thieves came in a gate that was broken and left open ,and luckily for them RPM has made it easier for them to gain entry to the property to commit criminal acts against their residents. This place does not prioritize safety. Their resolution to finding an effective entry process for non residents is basically just to leave the gates open so anyone can enter. I will revist here in a few months and unfortunately, im sure I will see reviews mentioning increased break ins, violence and theft. Some of us like to do night walks in the complex, and although you always have to be vigilant , knowing that the gates are always open making it that more likely for anyone with bad intentions to swoope in and lie in wait to bother us or our property is very unsettling. ...oh and the water fees are becoming outrageous!"

"Hello everyone. We are happy to be a part of that apartment complex. We have been here for more than 1 year and can share some thoughts about that place. ++ Great lobby with awesome people who are always here to help you solve any problems (Domingo, if you are reading this - huge thanks for your help). Great fitness area. The pool has been enhanced recently. Hope plans about the gym renewal will come true as well. Enough parking lots. Good looking landscape design. Pest control saved us very quickly when angry cockroach decided to get some food out of our fridge :D Parties with free pizza and opportunity to know who you are living with better. -- Really can't mention any noticeable problems."
