"We've been living here for 2 months and so far we love the community. The gym is very convenient, also our 2 bedroom unit is nice and spacious. The office staff and manager are always friendly, will recommend this community."
"This is an email I sent to the property manager and assistant manager as well as cc’d the corporate office because I have lived in two of their units and quite frankly I am underwhelmed with their care for the unit and handling the property to be as luxury as they claim. As you are aware, since we have moved to the property it has been countless issues. We was promised with this transfer that we will not encounter the same type of issue however we have. Prior to moving into 1508 I walked with Stephanie and recorded issues with the unit at the time. Upon moving in those same issue still has yet to be resolved. When we moved in the unit was half way cleaned. I can insert pictures of the filth we encountered. There wasn’t a smoke alarm up at the wall through I was told it will be up at the time of move in but we have been living here for 9 days and have yet to receive one. I’m sure that it is illegal for us to live in a unit without a smoke alarm. Aside from that the in the kitchen there was dirt on the floor, the drawers had not been properly cleaned to the point of me finding crumbs, dead bugs and a dirty old knife in one. Will insert picture of that as well. The shower has a rusty knob that was supposed to be replaced. Has yet to be replaced. The shower is missing the wash cloth rod in it. The water leaks from both tubs no Matter how much you turn the knobs which I’m sure is affecting our water and sewer bill. Will insert picture. Moreover, at the time of move in we did not receive all of the keys to our unit because the office “misplaced” them. We were promised a lock change or the finding of keys. I was told an order will be placed but haven’t received confirmation of that due to you all being “out of stock” on that particular lock. The gate to the patio is also broken and rusted. This not being handle has cause safety concerns because the gate to the complex is ALWAYS broken and left wide open so anyone despite being a resident or not have access to the property whenever they feel the need to enter. To pay $50 for gate fobs is absolutely ridiculous especially if the gate is going to be broken and or opened 24/7 to the general public. We also had an issue with the stairs in our unit smelling like urine upon the walkthrough I assume it would be rectified when Stephanie said that she was having the carpet cleaners to come back out due to their subpar cleaning of the carpet resulting in stains. I reported that as well and she said that she did not smell it and said that maybe the movers “tracked” in pee when helping us move. Regardless this was an issue that was stated on our move inventory form and has yet been rectified. We have tried to remedy the issue ourselves but you can tell it has been countless times of maybe a pet using the restroom in the same spot so I find it hard to fix an issue that’s deeper than some one accidentally “tracking” something in. Finally, the vents in our unit has visibly never been cleaned because it is filled with so much dirt, lent and debris which is being pushed around the air every time the A/C unit is on. They literally painted over dirt and dust which is disgusting. These are all urgent matters that need to be addressed as soon as possible because at the end of the day this our home and we paid to move and live in a unit that should have been completely move and live in ready. I would like for the rest of our time at this property to be pleasant for the remainder of our leasing agreement. I look forward to speaking with you all and seeing these matters resolved."
"(Move in 12/22/2023) The entire process of leasing here was messy. They are generally unresponsive. Most of the time if you call or email they do not respond. Many times I have to go to the leasing office in person. After moving in I quickly realized I had made the biggest mistake. The unit itself is decent looking and has a lot of potential. On my move in date my apartment was not ready. It was dirty, dusty, roaches everywhere, the paint on the walls was bad, the patio screen door is missing a huge part of it, air filter extremely dirty, dishwasher does not work, ice machine does not work, non working toilets, leaking faucets, etc. It looked like the previous tenant had just moved out and then they gave me the key. Now, for the biggest issue. The complex is rat and roach infested. Since moving here I have not been able to sleep properly. I am constantly awaken at night due to rodent activity. At this time the rodents seem to be in the walls and in the attic area. (They do have rat trap devices outside around the complex). I really love the layout of the apartment however, the rodent issues, poor communication, and unethical business practices are not worth it. I am losing sleep and have lost the peace of mind that one typically has at home. If you are looking for a home, do yourself a favor and avoid Hayden at Enclave. There are so many other properties in the area. Update - 01/20/2024 Whatever is trapped within the walls and in the ceiling remains. Hayden has taken very trivial steps to "resolve" the issue."
"I moved in here about 4 months ago with the promise of "luxury apartments" and have been sorely disappointed in the condition of the property as well as the poor management. Had $5k worth of bikes stolen and caught it on video and management's response (after 30 days and numerous emails) was "it reflects in the resident handbook; no structure changes or additions may be made to the exterior of the building". I'm sorry but I'm 99.9% sure that bikes on a patio is not a structural change. So much dog feces on the property that I have to have special rubber shoes that I take my dogs out with because I step in it every time I leave my apartment. The off leash dog park has so much feces not picked up that on warmer days, you can smell it. When my dogs are in there they have to have their feet washed before coming inside because they are stepping in other dog's poop. Management fails to empty trash cans on any routine basis, leaving a dead squirrel in it to decompose in the heat. I personally bought a dog poop scoop and left it in the off leash dog area to attempt to encourage cleanliness. I also have spent numerous hours cleaning up the off leash area so my dogs could safely use it. The laundry room trashes are never emptied and the counter tops are never cleaned - again had to go buy my own washer and drier as there's no way my clothes were getting cleaned in their laundry room. When installing my washer and drier I noticed I had no hot water shut off and asked an emergency hot water shut off be installed for safety and was told by maintenance that they didn't have the part so he showed me how to shut the water off to my entire apartment if I had an emergency. The "security gate" is broken and propped open 80% of the time - so much for any security. If I were you, I would look anywhere else but here."
