"I recently moved to Houston , I am still in the process of trying to decide which property too choose from to lease . Upon reading the reviews I am concerned about the roach problem but I know thats overall with other properties in Houston just taking manners in my own hands with preparing for pest control or other products from amazon before my move in date , I believe that problem can be handled . I would like to recognize the leasing staff , I do work at a professional work place and customer experience will always be what sticks out for me in any place I am seeking service or help . The front lady named janett was very pleasant and professional with guiding me and making me feel comfortable & welcomed . I would rate it 5 stars but only thing would want a follow up call which i know sometimes its hard to do so on busy days , i am still having the option to lease with the property ."

"Went in with my husband to look at the apartments. The ladies at the leasing office were very helpful. They gave us a tour of the property and showed us a model of what our potential home would be like. They explained all the requirements we need to meet with detail. They listened to my needs and made sure that everything will be ready for when we move in. Very satisfied with their customer service."

"If you are a Black/African American, beware....they do not like Black people and will treat you like a THIRD class citizen...as if you are doing them a favor. I have NEVER had any issues or concerns until recently. Their customer service and attitude belongs at the local corner store down the street. And FYI....Non-Afro Hispanics/Latinos can be/are bigots. I have been here for 2yrs or almost and the prior managers/receptionists (Caucasian) were there, no issues and they are like NIGHT (Hades more like it) & DAY with their professionalism. I have had two horrible experiences as a tenant here within a month or so. I know that if I were a "different" culture or race, I would be treated differently. Again, if you move here.... take your chances. And back drop on my complaint (long story short)....I was told there was a leak in my apt and they could not enter due to my pet not being contained. After cleaning up the broken wine glasses that they broke in my apartment, I went to speak to " Jenny" (Janet) that HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I was initially calm until she said she was the one who did it (did not apologize) and then REFUSED to write her name and told me that I should contact corporate. I told her to write it for me and she said no and kept doing what she was doing. Now, I am heated and did not use any swearing words towards her only that her behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL and this is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She said there was no paper (but she is sitting at a desk with TONS OF PAPER). I got an advertisement and gave it to her to write her information and she gave me a pen and kept spelling her last name (after only giving me her first name and said they KNOW who I am....I again asked for her last name and she kept saying it fast and refused to write it....she belongs in Walmart working). I asked for the managers name and she said "She's here" ...we went back and forth and just when I went to get my phone and was Googling the information the manager popped out and I showed her the advertisement and the pen she gave me because she refused to write it for me. I shortly explained and she gave me corporates info. Of course, she said NOTHING when the manager came out. No one apologized for me driving and leaving work all for nothing. I had to ask if they were done with my apartment and that I could return to work because no one told me that the problem was solved. If you move here (and you are Black) do not go to the office for anything ...although, you are paying rent. The other time, they turned the pipes off and the pipes were howling and making noises (hammering) and the manager called me for a noise complaint. I got blamed for the pipes making noising because they turned the pipes off because they wouldn't freeze. As the manager said, it was a complaint from my neighbors, and she was just doing her job. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT... I knew what it was and went back to sleep. I won't even speak on the occasional roach family that pops-up like they are returning from a vacation in Rome every few months!"

"I have been living here for almost 9 years, and things have been at a medium level when it comes to neighbors, I have been able to see a BIIIIIGGGG difference from when I first got here to now. Apartments have nice spacious floors, and they might not be luxurious but they are affordable. The manager that we have now Hazel, is been nice and attentive to my needs. She does have a great smile every time I see her."

"Lots of opinions and issues posted here. I’ll give the pros and cons. Pros: - The leasing office staff is great. They’re super kind and have gone to bat for me many times when corporate has screwed things up. - The community is super chill. Ive never had an issue with a neighbor and everyone keeps to themselves. - the rent price isn’t terrible and the wifi/cable that comes with the amenities fee is great. Cons: - the roaches. As soon as I moved in I had roach issues. Pest control wasn’t helpful. I finally bought some traps on Amazon and never had another issue. And for the record, I keep my unit VERY clean. Roaches were there when I walked in the door day 1. - corporate. The corporate office just doesn’t have their stuff together. And they’re incredibly hard to get on the phone. - the roads. There’s not any good drainage on the roads inside the complex. So when it rains water sticks around for a while and street ponding is a regular occurrence. Overall. These are very basic apartments. They’re not new or flashy. Not the nicest place on Eldridge for sure. But at this price range they’re not bad."
